Beautiful apartment, very close to the city centre. The access to the apartment is a bit confusing at first, taking different elevators as the units are connected and located through outside bridges. Would definitely stay again!

Rooms were very clean. Was disappointed that we did not have a table in our room while the pictures showed a table; other friends that stayed with us had a table. Reception is not 24hrs which can be inconvenient when arriving late

Con Todas las comodidades, pero ruidoso

Para un par de dias esta bien. Habitacion grande y cocina con todo lo necesario. Muy centrico y tienen aparcamiento subterráneo, con acceso a el mediante un ascensor, muy bueno de verdad ese detalle. Muy comodo todo. Lo unico es que la cama es muy blanda, y la zona, al ser centrica, muy ruidosa. Pero si no te importa domir con el ruido de las ambulancias y las motos y coches deportivos pasando, entonces es perfecto :)

Zwar hat der Spülkasten bei der Toilette beim Ankunft nicht funktioniert, wurde aber bis zur einen halben Stunde erfolgreich repariert. Ein sehr schönes Zimmer! Sehr sauber!

Realität hat mit den Werbebildern nichts gemein

Das zugewiesene Zimmer hatte gar keine Ähnlichkeit mit den Bildern welche die Auswahl der Unterkunft prägen. Auf meine Beschwerde bekam ich zur Antwort, dass es sich um Musterbilder handelt. Das kann man mal tolerieren, aber diesmal war der Unterschied übel. Das Zimmer wirkte wie eine Abstellkommer von Billigmöbeln. Kalt und grau. So etwas habe ich bei Hotels.com noch nicht erlebt!

Großes, sauberes Appartment in bester Lage. Leider war die Rezeption nicht die angegebene Zeit besetzt, so daß für die erste Nacht das Parkhaus nicht genutzt werden konnte. Die Möbel sind billig und abgenutzt, teilweise beschädigt, z.B. Schublade, Spiegel, Toilettenpapierhalter. Die Schlafcouch ist unbequem und ungeeignet

You get what you pay for…

It is cheap and it is in a good location… if that and a semi good bed is all you need, than Old Town Deluxe is just for you. But don’t go dream abort getting something more than what you pay for…

There are broken doors to bedroom. It Is impossible to keep them closed. Perfect air-conditioning in the apartment. Nearby free empty parking place for electric cars. Very few pieces of dishes in the kitchen. Just one blanket in the bedroom. We announced that we eill be three people and we would need more blankets there. All over, I would use this apartment again. Announcement with instruction and code for doors could arrive earlier. Location is more than perfect.

direkt am Zentrum, aber ohne Deluxe

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das war es dann auch schon. Für Rückfragen ist niemand erreichbar, die Rezeption ist zwar nach 20Uhr noch besetzt, aber schon "abgemeldet" Negative Punkte: Der Geruch aus dem Abwasserrohr der Dusche war unerträglich. Die Küche hatte kaum "Inhalt" kein Besteck oder sonstige Utensilien. OK, ich schalte nie einen Fernseher ein, aber eine bemalte Pappe sollte auch nicht schief den fehlenden TV vertuschen. Für zwei Personen stand nur eine schmale Decke zur Verfügung, zum Glück hatten wir unser eigenes Bettzeug dabei. Das Apartment hatte ich extra wegen 11Uhr Checkout gewählt, was auch in der Reservierung stand, vor Ort wurde ab 10Uhr mit der Deaktivierung des Zugangs gedroht, Deluxe geht anders

Terrible dirty looking

Don’t book this property, overall terrible condition state of sofas, beds with dirty looking old sheets and grey colour of towels you will find better hospital white sheets and towels. We didn’t stay even a minute and no point to ask reception for manager or money back, call your booking site and get your money back immediately.

Rude front desk, especially female with nose piecing. Definitely got catfished by photos! Rooms looks very tired and cheap. No toiletries… like 0. Only a cheap half-full handsoap in bathroom. No wash towels or hand towels. No blackout curtains. AC barely worked. No paper towels in kitchen. Poor cups/dishes. Bedding was really pilled and old. Lamp was falling apart and lightbulb was broken on top of bed. Hallways smell like feces/dirty hospital
