Great location lively with plenty of people and restaurants. Great little shops and grocery stores. Apartment is good for 4 plenty of space And great kitchen with good supplies. Definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment in Gracia. Close to cafes, restaurants, bars, grocery shops.... Walking distance to many places of Barcelona. Balcony with a beautiful view was a big plus. Great and helpful staff. We highly recommend Mila Apartments.

There was a festival for the 3 nights we stayed at the property, with a DJ playing music outside the bedrooms - where the children slept. Crowds of people were partying until 4am. No communication from the property regarding what I imagine would be an inconvenience for most - especially for children who aren’t accustomed to falling asleep with music blaring outside their window. Place itself was good - clean.

Amazing location close to everything

Big size apartment fully equipment kitchen nice fridge , small balcony, nice living room area. Apartments are very cosy. It has washing machine dishwasher. Check-in was very smooth staff is very helpful and friendly. Felt like home. So many local restaurants close by small bars are people enjoying on the street it feels like you're part of the culture. Metro station is only 10 minutes away

Beautiful 5-star Apt in a 2-star area

Stayed for 3 nights end of May with my wife and two adult daughters. Check-in process is at a different location - approx 2km drive. Mila Apt was gorgeous! We had 2nd floor apt 2, and it is well laid out, very clean, full kitchen, washer/dryer, TVs, very comfortable beds, two rooms. I love the French doors that lead to the little verandas where you can sit, have a coffee. It's a corner apartment so you have windows and verandas on both sides. Apartment is located on two tiny narrow streets with high apartment buildings everywhere, so not much of a view, but still very nice. Not suited for getting a quiet night's sleep, everything echoes, from the garbage collection trucks at midnight, to the traffic in the morning. Our second night was the Spanish soccer championship so the apts across had their doors and windows open and lots of yelling and cheering until about 1am. On our last night we weren't able to get to our apt because of a riot between anti-government groups and the riot police. This was a freak occurrence, not typical of this area I was told. This neighbourhood 'looks' bad at night (it's not), during the day however when the stores are open, this is a quaint little street. Mila Apts is in a pretty central location. At the end of the night it was a bit of a walk from the main strip - Avenida La Rambla. I would have given it 5 stars across the board if it was in a better location and if the check-in process was easier.

modern building in authentic neighborhood

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a large 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. The neighborhood has plenty of well priced quality restaurants and lots of families walking around in the evenings. We walked downtown for the major sights within about a half hour.

The amount of toilet paper was too little for a three-night stay, so I had to purchase some myself. It was inconvenient that there was only one hairdryer despite having two bathrooms. The towels were too large and difficult to use. There were no shelves in the shower booth, so I had to place soap and other items on the floor.

Das Appartment ist schön geschnitten und ausreichend groß. Es gab aber einige Mängel. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Der Wasserhahn wackelte (wurde dann repariert), die Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht richtig. Der Boden war bei Ankunft nicht richtig geputzt. Die Zwischenreinigung ist eher ein Handtücher und Bettwäsche Wechsel. Hierbei wurden die Pyjamas meiner Tochter und mir mitgenommen. Sie lagen unter den Bettlaken. Auf Nachfrage wurden diese auch nicht wieder gefunden bzw. erstattet. Die Wohnung liegt leider in einem Viertel, an dem an jeder Häuserecke steht: tourists go home.

this property is in a neighborhood where you can barely find any public transportation. No uber or any other local app taxis didn't want to come. Location is not convenient at all. I had called 1 day before to check if i can get room an hour before check in time? They didnt inform me that their management is too far away from actual property location. There are no reception desk or any sort of service on site at all. Upon arrival we called the phone no listed on the entry door and someone said reception is located at 15 min taxi ride from actual location. For 1 hr we didnt get any taxi or uber to go to reception to check in. I had to wait for 2 hrs outside of the apartment in the street while it was raining. We had horrible experience with check in process. Apartment was clean but had limited towels for our stay of 5 days. Expedia or management didn’t communicate about check in issues. Getting any type of transportation from apartment to anywhere was big issue. I won’t recommend anyone to stay there at all.

Amazing location, most of the city landmarks are at walking distance. Quiet street yet very close to the city action. Rooms are spacious and clean, mind you there is no reception at the property, and the lift is very tight due to the nature of the building. Highly recommended for families visiting the city. Thumbs Up.
