We’re staying in a family suite with three rooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a small kitchen that has a microwave. For the price, it’s definitely great value. However, the soundproofing on the side facing the main street isn’t great, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind.

The place looks a bit sketchy from the outside but it is better inside. The problems we had that caused us to find another place while we were in Mexico already were: The places offer things that weren’t working. It offers a fridge but in our apartment wasn’t working, offers hot water but not even for one shower, you jump in the shower and after a few minutes the water turns cold as ice. The place also offers washer but you can’t use it. But the worst thing that happen to us was that my wife couldn’t get out of the apartment because the door latch was defective and she couldn’t get it to open from the inside. She had to wait for me to comeback and open the door from the outside with the key. Oh i almost forgot the couches were filthy dirty! There is no way someone in their right mind will stay in a place like this if the problems aren’t fixed. Now the positive side was that Ernesto the manager was a gentlemen and offered me a refund even though it was late for me to request it in the app. He told me to call expedia and let them know that i was gonna get my refund approved if they called him. So i chatted with an agent in expedia and they got my refund approved

Excellent service, clean, closed to metro station, grocery shop, restaurants, etc. Christopher and all the employees are nice and very helpfull. Breakfast is very good, always 2 choices. Thank you so much for everything!

Lamento mucho los comentarios de personas que han dado una opinión negativa, creo que han sido motivos más personales y que nos hacen dudar, pero realmente el lugar está muy accesible, el desayuno es todos los días que estés en la estancia, muy cerca de centros comerciales, el lugar es amplio, limpio y seguro y la atención es excelente. Lo recomendaría sin duda.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! It was away from the tourist crowds but still walkable to all the tourist sites. If you uber its even closer. I loved the breakfast daily, and the staff was very helpful and kept everything clean. You have a private room and a shared bathroom. It worked out great for us because we really only slept/relaxed there. I would highly recommend.

Este hotel es pura publicidad engañosa, el peor hotel en el que se pueden quedar… Por las siguientes cosas. Ubicación. El hotel queda en un barrio muy feo. Desde que llegas huele a puro incienso, pero es un olor tan penetrante que hasta te duele la cabeza. Las instalaciones son todo lo contrario respecto a las fotos, la cocina no es la que muestran, es una cocina chorreada y desaseada, los baños súper sucios nunca hay papel higiénico (el primer día que llegué había una cuecha en el baño de mujeres tipo 7PM y al día siguiente aún estaba ahí y eran las 9am) los lavatorios sucios, las duchas sucias con cabellos en el desagüe no tenían jabón ni shampoo, olían a orines tanto los inodoros como las duchas y eso que eran las 9am de la mañana (ósea la limpieza del lugar era inexistente) respecto a la habitación tanto el colchón como las almohadas estaban emplasticadas las cortinas todas chorreadas, tenían un abanico al lado de la cama que parecía y sonaba como una turbina de avión, lo cual se le dijo al de recepción que si tenía otro aparato como un aire acondicionado portátil o algo así y lo que hizo fue decir que iba a preguntar y cada vez que se le volvía a preguntar se hacían los locos… Tanto así que nos tuvimos que cambiarnos de hotel porque era insoportable.
