Beautiful Property

The resort property is beautiful. As well the pools are very nice, lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Our suite was a king suite with sofa bed. Had a small fridge, microwave and toaster. Was very dated. Needs an update. Bed was comfortable. Very small patio on main level with no view.

Loved everything about our stay. The staff and the amenities were 5 star. The only downside was the noise as there were A LOT of kids staying there & occupying all the pools. I would still return but be wary if you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

It was very clean and well kept. We were there the “off season” so it wasn’t busy at the pool at all. The property was awesome with a kitchenette and lots of grocery options within a 5-10min drive. Not super walkable but I don’t think many places are there.

Well our 1 bedroom suite was pretty awesome, and the housekeeping staff were excellent. There was a lot of dust around the grounds that didn't seem to get cleaned up over the 8 days we were there, and it took me an hour to clean off our patio furniture one day, which wasn't the best use of my time on our vacation. The reason, however, that I've given the property four stars instead of five is that the elevator was out of order for 4 of the 8 days we were there. Sam at the front desk is awesome, as are the bartenders at Snakebites pool - William and Alex and I can't recall the other fellows name.
