Property building was being renovated, that wasn't mentioned when booking. Our room had quite a bit of cosmetic damage on the baseboards and cracks on the walls, etc. The stove top didn't work and the inside of the microwave was very dirty. Our towels had been washed but were dingy and stained. Bathrooms weren't super clean. Pros were nice balcony and ocean view. Also comfortable beds. Also staff was friendly. But I've stayed at Red Roof inns that were cleaner and in better cosmetic shape. I'd expect more from vrbo.

The check in process was excellent because the staff is great. The property is in the middle of renovations so as long as you are aware of this you should be fine with your stay. All should be great once the renovations are complete.

Recently went for Father’s Day weekend and it’s still currently under renovation so there is people still painting and renovating the rooms. The good thing is that the beach is literally right there and everything is so close! We loved the pizza right around the corner (Leo’s) 10/10 recommend.
