We rented this property for 3 nights. We asked for an early check in and was charged $50. We got there and the apartment was extremely dirty. Shavings in the sink, dirty bed sheets, garbage on the floor and smudged all over the walls. I was disgusted. I reached out to the hotel and they offered to come clean. This was fine but that meant that we had to wait to go to bed which defeated the purpose of checking in early. I asked for compensation for this and was offered a uber 50$ voucher which is insulting. Not only did they not reimburse my only check in fee but they refused to compensate appropriately. I have never been so disgusted with the state of a hotel before. I even sent pictures to prove my claims.

We just checked out after 4 days here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It will be come our go to place in Nashville. A few notable things for people who are wondering: - we had a room not facing the highway and it was very quiet, I do imagine if you had one over the highway it would be noisier - the rooftop pool, hot tub and gym facilities are amazing - it was about a 15 minute walk to Broadway, we are fairly fast walkers, but walked there and back every day - the blinds in the bedroom let tons of light in, so bring a sleep mask - there are very bare bones items in the kitchen, and not a single condiment to be had, not even salt and pepper - there is no conditioner or body lotion, just shampoo and body wash I'd definitely recommend staying here!

very nice room impressed with the design, layout and size, bed was unfortunately terribly uncomfortable, some safety concerns with property gates/doors being unlocked for long periods at a time. minor confusion on parking with sign stating needing to register plate but no note made of that in the parking instructions.

Beds are very uncomfortable, had to sleep on the couch. We actually left our reservation a day early because it was so bad. LOTS of construction and noise starting very early. No proper curtains on the windows so you get the early sun if you want it or not. Building is right beside a main highway so you alway have the noise of traffic.

Awesome property and good communication. There were a lot of steps to the check in process that we were not expecting and I booked 2x reservations for colleagues, so the amount of texting I had to do and uploading all of their documents (drivers license / passports) etc was quite a bit more work that anticipated. But they were helpful!
