Quiet, clean and relaxing

Pavillion at 1770 is such a relaxing location.... the resort is quiet and very well maintained. Great for a family or for a coulle looking for R & R like us. If you want to stay in Agnes Water, stay here!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful, large, modern condos in a lovely complex with two pools, only five minutes from the beach. Excellent value with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a large deck for the price of a hotel room. We stayed for a week and loved it.

The unit was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. There is a pool for guests and a few minutes walk to the most beautiful beach we have seen. Not safe to swim, but lovely to walk along.

A Real Jewel in Laid Back Agnes Water

Our unit was truly first class, spacious, well equipped, clean, convenient parking and high quality WIFI and of course a gorgeous beach a short walk away. While sitting on the deck, we had a kangaroo hop along the crest of the hill to the west, outlined by the dusk sky. A forever Australia memory! Should we return to Agnes Water, this where we would want to stay.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment in mid-January. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The area was quiet despite it being mid-January. The property is right next to the beach, which is a plus. Perhaps the only slight downside for some is that it is not really within walking distance of the town area - particularly in the hot weather. But for us, that was a positive as it meant the property was quiet. It's only a two or so minute drive to town.

Very nice, needs better maintenance

Pavilions always nice, but the privately owned rooms always have maintenance issues. This time it was a falling down curtain rail, a blinking bathroom light, and a blocked drain in one of the bathroom handbasins. They were minor, but every visit there’s a minor problem.

We absolutely loved the apartment and the fact that it had a few essential items like gladwrap, paper towelling etc. However, we thought two big lounges are a bit past their used by date and no longer really very comfortable. Also a blind or another folding louvre on the balcony would be great as the sun can be blinding when trying to eat outside in the morning. The staff there were great and very helpful. Thank you. We look forward to returning to Pavillions on 1770.

Both accesses from apartments to the beach were impassible due to dune erosion. One closed by council the other required athletic skills greater than mine to navigate up and down to the beach. Great shame - I could hear the waves and glimpse them from my apartment through the trees just could not get down to the beach.
