New property. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and big bathroom. Excellent coffee and our rate had breakfast included (large egg sandwich or granola, fruit and yogurt). It was a 18 min walk to the peace museum on easy sidewalks). A very short bus ride from Hiroshima station. The only thing for others to note is the size of the room. We were five people (parents and teenage children) and all had carry on luggage. It would have been very hard to open/store luggage if our suitcases were larger. We chose staying here as we all wanted to be in the same room as the beds accommodated 6 people. Overall we loved it.

Very nice building. Shower room is wonderful. Lots of hot water good pressure. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, lots of features. Bed are very comfortable. Only 190 meters to a bus stop, and you are at the train station in less than 10 minutes. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The room here was my favourite out of the 5 different hotels I stayed at in Japan. Great space for a large family travelling together. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer in our room. Only downside was not having someone at the front desk to check us in upon arrival. Someone did come once we sent in a request however

Nice hotel and great for families with convenient in room amenities like a washer/dryer, microwave and spot to eat/do homework. Area is nice- though a bit to walk for restaurant options and about 15-20 min walk to edge of Peace park.

Great stay.

Lovely room in a seemingly new facility. Kids loved the bunk beds. Lots of plugs for charging (2-prong though, needed an adaptor to plug in 3-prong laptop charger). Nice shower. Robes available in 2 sizes. Hiroshima is also an excellent city to visit and I wish we had more time there. Strongly recommend.

Given the price, the room was rather spacious for 3 adults, newish, clean, well equipped with small kitchen. The super plus was having a washer/dryer in the room. We literally planned our 17 day Japan itinerary using Hiroshima as our midpoint so as to minimize packing of clothes. The hotel provided self serve bathroom amenities for the taking including PJs. The only thing that did not work for us was the low table and tatami matts, not that comfortable if you are not use to sitting in this configuration. Food options offered by the hotel were limited. Overall, would stay there again if we returned to Hiroshima.

Great Hotel for Family Trip

Spacious rooms and everything is clean and new. Breakfast was a packaged wrap, soup, and beverage and was provided for the adults only on the booking. Room cleaning was not provided during our two day stay as expected. The location is fairly central and across the street from a couple of convenience stores.

No service to speak of. You check yourself in and if you can find an employee they speak very little to no English. No coffee or tea in room. No room cleaning at all in 3 days and when I asked for it I was told it would be ¥1000

We really enjoyed this hotel. The room had an amazing layout with bunk beds. We have never seen this before and it seems like a great idea for efficient use of space. We had a suite so we had a kitchenette that was very well set up and, another thing we’ve never seen before, a washer/dryer. All this for much less than we would expect to pay for a suite. Our only very small issue is that the check in process was redundant. We did a pre check in and got a QR code so we thought we’d sail through it but we seemed to have to go through the entire process again at check in. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.
