Finding the office was very difficult as after being buzzed in there were no visible signs to point the way and the hallway was dark. It took 30 minutes of walking each and every hallway on the ground floor and then asking a tenant that I was able to find the office. On the last day, the bathroom ventilation vent cover fell off and nearly hit my wife on her head. i have pictures of the fallen vent cover. The water was shut off causing much inconvenience. When I checked out and complaint the reception just ignored it. Hosapartment receptionist was rude. The rudeness also showed in their email communications. The space by the bathroom shower was very tight and in order to leave the shower I had to shuffle side ways past the wall and the basin to get dress being careful of the toilet. The outside of the building was covered with graffiti and garbage strewn around the over full garbage bins. NOT RECOMMENDED!

It was nicely renovated to a new apartment. The building was old but everything functioned just great. It actually added to the flavour of the era. The location was fantastic and the office staff was always friendly and there for you. It was like actually living as a citizen in Poland and not a tourist in a hotel.

The location is very central and can walkable to old town and train station. Clean room but no air conditioning. Luckily it wasn’t very hot during our stay. It is a good choice for budget travelers.

Great location,comfortable.

Great location. Helpful staff. Comfortable room and beds. Good internet, and some English-language TV. Pay parking across the street; free parking in street if can find a space! Walkable to virtually every thing in central Warsaw. Hallways need refreshiing.

Quiet, convenient, confortable, helpful staff

Quiet, good internet and comfortable bed. Very convenient for walking to historical sites, shopping, restaurants and amenities. Helpful and friendly staff. Hallways and entry areas need painting!!! Parking is a challenge unless one pays hosapartments for parking under building 2, level 3 which is conveniently close by and very secure.

Good location

It was drizzling when I arrived. Took me a while to find the hotel. Signboard very small. The corridor is dark and looks scary. But the room is well furnished. Even provide toothbrush, toothpaste and bottled water which you don't find in many budget hotels. Location of hotel is good. Near the metro station.

Other than the difficulty I finding the proper entrance and then the proper room in the building to check-in, our stay at Hosapartments , Warsaw was pleasant. Everything you could need for a short stay is included in the apartment.

Street parking can be tricky but location is great and very convenient. Check in building is right next to the room building which isn't too bad. Extra towels provided which is nice. Old building but not too noisy as we're higher up in the apartment building. Relatively clean room. TV works on and off - lags and sometimes display a message. Good WiFi connection.

Great Value and Close to the Action

Don't be alarmed by the outside appearance of this Apartment complex, the dimly lit hallways or the old elevator. Once the door to your apartment is opened you will be well pleased with your choice. Apartment was clean, spacious and a 10 minute walk to Old Town. It was also close to the train station, restaurants and shops. We were happy with our stay.

The apartment itself was adequate and met my needs. The sheets on the main bed were not up to standard cleanest wise. Location was good. The building was rather dingy and the corridor into the apartment was very unpleasant. I know this can’t be helped by company but I won’t return should I visit Warsaw again due to the building.

Buona esperienza

Esperienza buona ma non buonissima , iniziando dal check in potrebbero essere un po' più cordiali e disponibili dato il freddo se la camera è pronta un po' prima potrebbero darla anche 30 minuti prima ( invece mi è stato detto che o pagavo un supplemento oppure dovevo entrare giusto giusto alle 15 ) potrebbe migliorare questa fase del check in. Appartamento nuovissimo e pulitissimo davvero molto bello ampio e grande con due televisori , una camera da letto con porta un altra stanza dove c era un divano letto sempre con televisore , una cucina attrezzata di tutto , unica pecca che nel bagno usciva puzza di fogna a causa forse del palazzo e non è colpa della struttura. Però struttura molto pulita e comoda attrezzata di tutto.

Very nice and immaculately clean. Bed was so comfy i did not wanna get up 😊😊 sofa bed however wasn't too comfy for my 2 teenagers. You can see the Palace of Culture and Science from the balcony. Lovely touch is having a night guard in a building downstairs. Lovely restaurants nearby. Great late night supermarkets round a corner. Honestly i will definitely happily come back to this apartment. Thank you very much. 10 out of 5 ❤️
