Great location near University of Sydney. Had apartment 36 (2 bedroom) with lots of space, large bathroom (tub and shower), comes with all the necessary kitchen utensils, and quiet for the most part (it is close to the pool so sometimes is a bit noise with pool play). My only complaint relates to a mishap related to torrential rains on the second to last day of the visit. when I went to bed, the pillows and top 2 feet at the head of the bed were soaked. During the day, water from the storm had apparently come down the bedroom wall onto the bed.

Great place to stay out of Sydney

This is a well maintained and clean hotel, close to a train station one stop away from Central Station in Sydney, in an older neighbourhood with narrow tree lined streets and birds singing all day. The apartment itself was a very spacious 2 bedroom with modern furnishings and functional kitchen. there was even a washer and dryer and ironing board and iron. The reception staff without exception were polite and very helpful with local information that they printed off for us.

Very quiet and convenient location.

There were issues with non working telephones, a broken clock radio, missing TV remote. All of these issues were rectified. Could use more kitchen ware for cooking light meals.

Medina Classic Chippendale-Sydney-by Sydney Uni

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1-bedroom apartment in this hotel. The location is fabulous - short walks to Sydney Uni, Refern City Train Station and Broadway Shopping Centre. The hotel is beautifully kept and in good order. The service was excellent, very professional and friendly. We'll certainly return and recommend to friends.

The duty manager the day of our arrival was most welcoming and explained the apartment features to us The pool was great for my grandson! He also carried our luggage upstairs for us The apartment was close to Redfern station for transfers to the CBD Will recommend and hopefully stay again on our next visit to Sydney

The staff at Adina were outstanding, incredibly friendly and accommodating. We booked our apartment last minute and our room was organised very quickly for our needs. The shared pool and lounging area is quite Baliesque. Very modern 50’s vibe, very clean, and again, the staff were amazing. Quiet area of Sydney, but close enough to shopping, restaurants, Victoria Park, all by foot. Definitely recommend, particularly for families.

Adina Chippendale was perfect for our family of three. Parking was easily organised. The room was spacious with a full kitchen and laundry in a tidy apartment. Modern furnishings and comfortable beds. Walkable to local pubs cafes etc. We didn't use it but there is an order in service with delivery from local restaurants available also.
