Very smooth check-in by very helpful gentleman on duty. Nice spacious room that was clean and all appliances worked. Good toileteries provided. Local eateries and a large supermarket within walking distance if u need toothbrush or toothpaste or shaver. Was alone on work travel but saw larger families staying here too. Decent outdoor pool n gym.

This place is great. The kitchen was a big bonus with a large supermarket just a few hundred yards away. The staff are so nice to deal with and they have great English speaking skills. I stayed for four days and enjoyed my extended stay.

Best hotel in Hai Phong

Check in is brisk and given 2 access cards for elevator and door. Rooms are clean and there is fridge and washing machine to use. But balcony area is locked. Nearby, there is a small mall with a big supermarket. There is also a pool and gym at the common area. Didnt try the breakfast as it costs 200k vnd.

Too much noise

Extremely noisy are with car/motorcycles honking all the time. A bit old style hotel but nice and friendly staff. Not a good choice if you’d like a peaceful condition.

I stayed at this hotel because of my work. It was a facility that offered serviced apartments and hotel services. It was a calmer feeling than a hotel for sightseeing. The room was very clean and well equipped. The front desk staff Joyce who responded at the check-out were very nice. She checked if my stay was comfortable and how the condition of the room was. It was a very professional response. Thank you.

I had a 2-bedroom apartment that was well-equipped for cooking. The cleaning staff did a good job each day. The area around the property is noisy and crowded. If you are in Hai Phong for a longer business trip and you want a service apartment, this could be right for you. I was charged for a missing ladle and spoon surprisingly which must not have been there from the beginning, so keep in mind that at check-out you could be charged for missing items although they do not give you a list of items at check-in.
