Apartment was exactly as described. Great view directly across from the beach, very clean, check-in was a breeze and communication was SUPER responsive. Grocery store, mall and restaurants were close by within walking distance. Would stay here again without any hesitation!!

The apartment was amazing, perfect views of water. The apartment had everything. Some more garbage bags needed for the week but we made it all work out. The owner was always available to answer questions. The beach isn’t nice but that’s no fault of the host

I loved staying at the Murano! Andrea was helpful and straight to the point. The unit was clean big and felt like I was at home. The view was amazing and close to the beach and taxi and restaurant. The pool was nice it had an amazing view. I had a wonderful stay and it made me want to stay longer, I highly recommend staying here easy to get in and no problems at all. 24 hours security who are always friendly. I will be back again ❤️

The beach across the street was closed so that meant we had to take a 10 minute walk to the open part and with two elderly people with us we had to take taxis. The owners did reimburse us 15 dollars for taxis. So make sure if you are going to stay here ask if the beach is closed before you book. If we had known that we would not have booked it as there are lots of places to book where the beach is open.

A great place to stay in Bocagrande.. probably the brst on the strip there. Great Beach access but the walking vendors on the Beach are aggressive and constant.. the women walking around trying to give massage are especially annoying too.

The location and the apartment is very convenient and very well located and maintained. The only comments were that we were 3 people and there were only two towels and one of these broken. Also the sofa bed is not comfortable and might need a replacement. Other than that the property is very good.

The apartment is located across from the beach with great views from the windows and balcony. It was very clean. It is walkable to the mall and lots of restaurants and shops. My one complaint would be that I could not get in hot water in either of the showers.

I normally don’t do reviews but had to for this property. The hotel itself, staff, area, atmosphere and location is great! The layout of the room is just as pictured and explained. The staff are easy to talk to and deal with. However, Rm 502 is roach infested, especially the kitchen. In the fridge, freezer, microwave, all over. Then I started seeing them by the tv table. Not so much upstairs but a few were on the couch in the bedroom. None in the closet or drawers thankfully because I was shaking everything nightly and prior to packing. This is not meant to be a negative review, as to I would consider staying again simply because it’s perfect outside of that but that was major. I just don’t want anyone to get room 502 or anything around it. I hope the rest of the property would be clear. I didn’t see any reviews like this prior to booking myself. Great time and visit outside of that.

This was an excellent experience. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The building felt very safe and secure with restricted access to guests only and the entrance/front of the building was monitored day and night. I enjoyed staying here far more than the experience I had at a 5 star hotel two blocks away. The next time I visit this place will be my first choice for a place to stay.
