I stayed at the suite for 3 days as part of my west coast travel. I was sceptical about the place most people reviewed either well or poorly. I’ll tell you that this place was great to be at in quiet season. You’re in a shared building but there’s three different units to get in the place depending on business. There is one communal area for cooking, coffee, etc, and it’s way more than you’d ever need. The room itself is also equipped with a coffee set and fridge, not to mention all the other ammenities. Only downside is the parking, you have to roll the dice and park on the 2 hour spots hoping no one will call in on you. Otherwise there is hospital parking that’s free overnight. Building is close to lots of food places and is perfect for the price and relativity to businesses. I would return and stay here in the future!

The property manager was outstanding with communication and response time. The room was clean and provided a sense of comfort. I will stay there again. I had a car and found a parking spot across the street.

Nice to be far enough away from the noise of downtown, walkable but it’s a hike, lots of steep hills Very clean and comfy, I’d suggest these suites to a friend

It was a really nice set up, you had your own room with a bathroom, and there was a shared space right beside it so it made you feel like you had your own kitchen. It also has Air conditioning. Pretty close to downtown and all then amenities and use of scooter and bikes to get around made it super easy. The only downfall was the shared space smelled quite a bit like garbage, as the garbage under the sink was extremely full. They also do not provide milk or cream for your coffee. Not sure I would stay there again.

Excellent property! Everything was as described and our room was VERY clean. We picked the area for the proximity to downtown, and were happy to see that it was very safe and quiet, especially coming home in the evening. It felt much safer than being downtown! Close proximity to multiple bus routes. The host was very responsive to any questions and helpful with a broken outlet in our bathroom. Highly recommend, I will stay here again next time I come to Seattle!

A nice place to stay that is close to multiple bus stops. The room was comfortable and I liked that we had our own private bathroom. There was a lot of shared facilities like a kitchen and laundry. Host was very open with communication and answered all questions.

I was so happy to be able to stay at this property while my sister was in the hospital for almost two weeks. The bed was very comfortable, I loved having the washer/dryer and a full kitchen. Much appreciated.

I was happily surprised that the location was very nice and clean and not an issue to enter, only because there was SO much back and forth making the reservation, paying for it (non-refundable), confirming it, paying a security deposit, then paying a cleaning fee.

Great stay!

This place was awesome. It's sort of like an upscale hostel. The shared living area had great furniture and amenities and the room was comfortable and clean. Our room was up a couple flight of stairs but we only stayed one night so we packed light anyway but something to note. Also if you pull up pictures on maps it's a little deceiving because some pictures are old, but it's a beautiful white and gray modern looking place. I had some weird issues with the pre-check in payment site and making the deposit but Vince was super communicative and everything was always confirmed or resolved quickly.

The property was a good price for Seattle. We were able to find street parking during our three night stay. The common area was nice, although we never used it. The biggest bummer was not being able to use the television during our entire stay. The remote was broken and didn’t work when we put new batteries in. We let them know on the first day and the response was “I’ll let the housekeeper know.” We wouldn’t stay there again although it’s not a bad option.

Clean, Modern and Great Location

Had a great stay at a great price point. I needed a late check-in and early check-out so the automated locks were appreciated. Excellent communication from the host so I had codes and all instructions in advance. The room and bathroom had everything I needed. Clean and modern decor. It is also a block from the bus route to get back to Pioneer Square then Light Rail to Airport and Harborview Medical Center. Flawless stay. Would look to book here again.

Nice place, well laid put and organized. Overall clean, easy to find and access; decent bus connections; Coop and Trader Joe's in walking distance. Big thumbs up! The area gets a lot.of helicopter traffic (many hospitals I assume). Thetrash in the kitchen was really smelly on arrival and the water kettle was broken (not working). Little thumbs down.

Fair price for a nice room, not a typical hotel

This isn't like a typical hotel, I was not expecting the amount of pre-checkin communication. Lots of texts to fill out and pay the deposit before I arrived, plus taking photos of my DL and filling out forms. Not easy to do while working a tradeshow. The place is nice and clean, but I did have to unexpectedly lug my 70lbs of luggage up to the third floor as there is no elevator. Some guests decided to party late in the living room one night, but I appreciated the earplugs provided. Otherwise the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

I was impressed - laundry, nice kitchen, comfortable, bus to downtown close. Harder to get to Capitol Hill without a car. Not a lot of shops and stuff nearby. Quiet.
