The hotel provided many more amenities than expected. The kitchen and laundry facilities were very helpful. The unit was very clean and spacious. The hotel's location provided walkable access to Melbourne's many cultural and entertainment sites. This was my first visit to Melbourne and the Mantra Southbank provided an excellent opportunity to access all that Melbourne had to offer. The staff were also very friendly and professional. The experience was a highlight of my trip to Melbourne. I loved it. My thanks to everyone!

Great location!

Great location close to art galleries, botanical gardens, shopping, restaurants. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen, washer and dryer, couch, table, desk. Would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed with our stay. Firstly we had an issue where the reception said she could use my Photo ID from myVicRoads then her manager over ruled her and said no we can not accept that. AS i left my wallet at home i needed to log in change the name on the booking to my husbands then we could be checked in. all with 4 kids in the foyer. Not ideal at all! Then the view in our room was of a brick wall and construction site but cost us the same $$ as those rooms with great views. Room needs refreshing and fix the minor repairs needing attention.

Tvs haven’t been updatedso no channels work in bedrooms. Spa out of order, sauna out of order. Noisy works next at the arts centre starts at 7am with heavy drills drilling into concrete.

Room was in need of a good deep clean. - black spots in the shower - someone else’s dirty sock found behind the curtain - found the bedroom tv remote (when checking out), behind the curtains - spa & sauna wasn’t working - pool floor was very slippery - very noisy even with the windows closed Positive Bed was comfortable

Property was great. Balcony's smaller than anticipated. We were upgraded to a deluxe room. Given a bottle of bubble, chocolate and a cheese platter. The room was clean and very comfortable. Beds were great. We did have an issue with the loud AC unit and we were moved rooms. Staff were amazing especially the manager Nicola. Would definetely stay here again.
