ファミリーワゴンのような大きめの車で行くと、少し駐車場が狭く感じました。 宿泊部屋は清潔で、調理器具や洗濯機などの家具が揃っていた点は助かりました。

チェックインする前に声をかけられるスタッフが一人もいないので、細かな部分について質問出来なかった。オペレーターとの会話は国際色豊かな企業なので外国の方だったが、たまに理解できない日本語があり、外国の方でも良いがもう少ししっかり話せる方がいい。 二階建ての2階に重い荷物を階段で持っていく必要があり、エレベーターが欲しい。 それ以外は良かった。

騒音が響きやすい欠陥があるのではないか、騒音響き易いとの情報を事前に得て入室したが、騒音とも言えないレベルでアラームが鳴りくつろげず、子供の騒音で苦情が入り通常ではない構造と考えるべき。子供連れは苦情を受けて気分が悪くなる事を前提で利用すべき。とにかく大きな声と走るのは御法度。普通以上に響く構造！

また宿泊したいです！

清潔で広くてオシャレ！口コミにある騒音は気になりませんでした。家庭用の大きい冷蔵庫があるので翌日も使いたい保冷剤、夕食のための食材などを沢山入れられました。那須のパン屋さん巡りをしたので、トースターがあると嬉しいなと思いました。2階建てのアパートタイプのお部屋でしたが、階段が狭く急です。お部屋は綺麗なのに階段が汚くて気になりました。飲み物が足りなくて、アパートの方にも自販機があるといいなと思いました。バーベキューはテラスのみで、部屋ではできません。アメニティはボディタオル、歯ブラシ、綿棒のみ。タオルは沢山用意されていて助かりました！
ミラーは曇り止め、ライト付きです！

人工温泉の風呂だが広くて窓を開けての朝風呂は最高でした。二家族大人4名子供２名での宿泊にはちょうど良く、周辺の観光地まで15分以内という立地でした。また利用したいと思います。

まずは施設がとても綺麗で、アメニティも充実していて良かったです。ドラム式洗濯機があったのが、荷物が減ってとても助かりました。 チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズでした。意外と近くに飲食店や観光施設が複数あり、レンタカーでコンパクトに回れた点も良かったです。 価格もお手頃で、また利用したいと思いました。

周辺のレストランの閉店時間が早い。午後6時にはほとんどが閉店していた。大手の予約のとれるレストランを確保しておく必要がある。しかし、持ち込みで備品の調理器具や食器を使って、アットホームな軽食をとれることは大変楽しい経験であった。
