Love are stay at this apartment. We were very well welcome and had easy access to their private secure parking lot just under the building for 20 euros. It is close to everything. Lots of restaurant around the hotel even offers free coffee 24/7. Apartment was well equipped with all the amenities . The only thing I can add is it’s starting to show its age a bit, but not a big deal for us.

The check in was horrible. We waited for 2 hrs at the lobby and the 2 receptionists were busy chatting and didn’t come and inform us that our room was ready. We asked them twice if the room was ready and they said it’s not 3pm yet while they checked in other people. We stayed on the 3rd floor, the lobby smelled like sewage and rooms didn’t have air condition.

Great hotel, great location

Excellent location, room is large by European standards, kitchenette is very handy and well equipped. There's even a laundromat in the hotel! Staff were pleasant and thorough with explanations. Very pleased with our stay here.

Be aware there is no daily housekeeping service. Cooking smells and noises from long term guests enter your room. Poorly ventilated bathroom with mold. Bring your own shampoo etc.

Great location to enjoy Brussels

Great location with restaurants, bars, sightseeing in the immediate area. Very close to metro station and at walking distance to Old Brussels.
