Feels like home!

Amazing location. Center of everything. Although it does get noisy at night but we slept through it pretty well. The security guards are very nice, made us feel like home. The only thing is communication, which takes a bit of time to hear back

Si quieres dormir con ruido y calor aqui es.

HABIA UN HOMBRE DESNUDO EN LA HABITACION! me dieron instrucciones para entrar a la habitacion de alguien mas! ABSOLUTAMENTE INACEPTABLE No tiene aire acondicionado y la unidad portatil que tiene la habitacion hace MUCHISIMO ruido, si no te importa tener calor adelante!! para usar la picina o el gym tienes que reservarlo con 24 horas de anticipacion!!!!! te debe llegar un correo con las claves de acceso a las habitaciones, cosa que no ocurrio. el concierge no es de mucha utilidad, no tiene informacion, solo se limito a comunicarme con quien administra estas propiedades que por cierto no reciben llamadas solo comunicaciion por whatsapp

The booking platforms do not say anything about NOT having AC in the units. The have portable ones that they place in the living area and does not reach the bedroom. It was hot both nights and the staff we were texting with did not help. Its a shame and a rip off to do this. Also the washer didnt work, it took over a day for someone to come look at it. And as you enter the apartment, there was a wooden plank broken with nails sticking out. We ended up cancelling the following 3 days

Great place, needs platform improvements.

Very nice suite. Well located, well furnished, ample and overall very nice. Checkin with platform was a headache. Arrived late due to flight delay and spent 44 minutes tring to upload documents ans fill out info i keeded to look up. On day 2 i got a car and had key cars in room and was not allowed access by front desk until platform confirmed. Theae was no fields on platform to request space. Went for dinner and had to pay for.parking since could not park car on property. Finally resolved complaining via email, but it should not be this difficult.
