There wasn't any hot water. The hotel claimed that the tap was special and I didn't use it properly but I turned it on full hot in both the shower and sink and never got any water warmer than barely warm. Not only did they not deliver but they lied to me about it.

Fantastic location. Lots to do close by. Short walk to Fenway Park. A lot of great dining options very close by for any budget. Staff was available via email and very helpful. Nice windows in the bedroom that open. AC worked well. But. Linens are VERY poor. We stayed four nights. Two small, very well used towels were all that were provided. They didn’t smell clean. We’re not fluffy or luxurious in any way. No dryer on property so we used damp towels for four days. $25 for fresh towels. Ridiculous…. Especially when you start with 2 small old worn-out towels. The bed linens were no better. Poor quality. Low thread count. Disappointing. Not cozy at all. The bathroom is very small. To sit on the toilette you have to be short and petite. The shower is a good size with great pressure. But the rest of the washroom is so tiny, I’ve seen better bathrooms on small RVs. Lots of songs and damage everywhere. Well used space. Curtains are Brocken and parts are detached. Kitchen is tiny, but with the dining options nearby who needs to cook.

The WiFi password does not work! This is quite upsetting. No instructions for the TV so couldn’t watch anything or connect from phone.

The only thing stopping me from giving an excelent rating is the room was too hot and had to prop open a heavy window, the blower ran constantly even after turning rhe thermostat down, otherwise the room was perfect in everyway possible.

Need work on client communication

I asked for an early check in which was granted. But at a different location and that was never pointed out. The new suite assigned is next to front door which is loud and slams with each open and close. The street noise is constant and the window drowsy appear to insulate against the noise much.

Great location!

Great Newberry St location. Walk to shops & restaurants. Parking car was a bit of a walk. 3rd flr no elevator. TV was a bit difficult but room was clean, comfy & great location!

Nice

The place is quite comfortable, everything you need in the room. We did have to drive around for over an hour to find parking. Fortunately, I was able to get a hold of the host who explained where the parking garages were.
