The room was clean and spacious. Had nice views of the mountain, parking was easy and the staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. Only down side was having to pay for more coffee for the room. Only one pack is provided for a 3 night stay. Overall would stay again!

Lovely ski home away from home

We had an up to date, well appointed, large one bedroom suite with a fireplace. It was lovely. We had a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen. There was a safe in our suite. Everything was clean and in good working order. Very comfortable and lovely time had by all. We were close to a ski shuttle bus stop to go to Beaver Creek. We were very close to the Avon Rec Center. Close to shops and restaurants in town. No complaints. Would stay there again. I was a little worried after reading recent negative reviews, but we did not experience any of the issues other travelers encountered. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Stop over

We spent 2 days in vail as the midway pt in our move across the country. The atmosphere was relaxing and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in planning our days activities and the conditions of roads leading to Yellowstone park. The studio suite was small, however, it housed everything that we required. It was reasonably priced and well worth the cost. Definitely situated in a fabulous area... Vail / beaver creek weren't busy at this time of year and the colours were beautiful.

Quiet, comfortable, great staff

Couldn't ask for anything more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Heated indoor garage was a nice bonus.

Great people, a nice condo, lost reservation.

We stayed 2 nights. It was the first time we stayed at Falcon Point. It was very nice and all the staff worked hard with smiles. However, when we arrived at 5:00 pm they did not have the reservation that had been placed with Hotels.com 48 hours earlier. The desk attendant stated it would take about 3 hours to prepare our room. She called maintenance and she and the only maintenance person available cleaned our room. It was done perfectly but my wife and I sat in the office until almost 8 pm.

Just Great!

We had a studio, but it was much roomier than we expected. While it did not have a full oven it did have a very good toaster oven and a full-size fridge, stove top and microwave of course. We had a lovely view out our window and it was very quiet. It was easy to access transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I chose Falcon Point based on price and location, and the "hotel" was very good in these two aspects. There's a town bus stop nearby. It's a 10-minute walk (in ski boots) to the town gondola to Beaver Creek. The price was excellent for a very pricy Avon. Relatively speaking, it was They have an underground garage - super handy to avoid snowstorms and the cold. Parking is complimentary. The front-desk staff was amazing. The wifi worked very well for me. There was a full-sized fridge, stove, dishwasher, and a fancy microwave. There's a comfy couch and a nice desk. Shower worked well. It's about 10-minute walk into town / restaurants. City Market and Walmart are a bit farther. It's not a hotel - there isn't someone around the clock, but this wasn't an issue for me. The room itself is small-ish but comfortable. It's not fancy but it's nice enough with a good sleep quality. The heat worked fine. They have coin laundry and a clubhouse/pool in another building. It's nothing fancy, but it's a good value for Avon and nice enough if you're just there to ski.
