I didnt get the property I booked, with two bathroom, there was only one tiny bathroom , hard to fit inside with 4 adults were using.

Dusche, Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer waren defekt. Zustand war nicht sauber. Kommunikation war einwandfrei, Mängel wurden nach Mitteilung teilweise beseitigt. Schwimmbad war klein. Ok für kurzer Aufenthalt.

Motsvarade inte förväntningarna

Tog lång tid att få inchekningsuppgifter, detta trots att jag meddelat att jag inte hade fritt internet utanför eu. AC skulle bytas ut så vi fick stanna inne och vänta in installationen två timmar. Skulle haft i sovrummet också, men den kopplades inte in över huvud taget. Kylskåpet fungerade inte, vi fick vänta ett helt dygn på att få ett nytt! Trots att det stod bäddsoffa i rumsbeskrivningen så var det en vanlig soffa, saknades också sängkläder till sonen. Vattnet i handfatet på toa rann ut på golvet. Kändes inte fräscht alls. Kontakten via whats app fungerade inte bra. De hade inte bråttom att åtgärda saker, de bara bad om ursäkt.

Einfach nur der Horror. Unsere Buchung wurde vom System einfach auf ein anderes Datum verlegt und dann konnte man nicht einmal stonieren. Sowohl Expedia sowie NewInn weigerten sich. Extrem schlecht und nie wieder werde ich über beide Anbieter etwas buchen!
