Overall the property is nice and clean, however, there is this specific smell as soon as you step into the hotel as well as in the room. Carpet is very old, resort is all old.

Worse than Comfort Inn

Had to walk around and look for the check in clerk, who never explained any property amenities. Was told that I must park outside, not even given the option to park in the garage, during major snowstorm. Website and check-in paperwork list free coffee in lobby, but there is none. No housekeeping due to staff shortage. No hot water on one of our mornings. One light socket didn't work. The bottom of our ski locker was completely rotted out. Dining table and chairs were very tall, meaning you can't put your feet on the ground while sitting in them and eating. Very disappointing for a property in Vail.

We had a wonderful stay at Vail Run, the staff is soooo amazing!! Carol, Jose, George and Hector and all of the housekeepers, they were so friendly and helpful! The place was comfortable and close to everything! The amenities were great and convenient. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Vail!

Awesome stay with shuttle, price and friendly staf

The atrium was beautifully decorated. Our room well stocked with dishes and cookware. The bed was super comfortable. The shuttle was convenient. I can say enough good things about how pleasant Terry at the front desk is. He is a real asset for Vail Run.

Great outdoor pool in the winter!

We loved the friendly front desk staff and shuttle bus driver. The shuttle bus was a fantastic way to get to the ski slopes. The outdoor swimming pool in the winter was fun! And the hot tub was great too. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Condo was good, resort as a whole not as good.

Room was clean and functional. Reasonably updated. Lobby and main area of the hotel was much older and smelled like a old restaurant. Front desk and shuttle service closes for lunch for an hour each day. Parking, cleaning, even access to the game room costs money. No real complaints with the actual condo I rented but the building / amenities were a little disappointing.

Great property in a great location. Close to Lionshead village. Right in front of the bus stop. Pizza place right next to the resort. Parking is $15 but they have free shuttles for convenience. Pool and game room available. I got the 5 person King Loft and it was massive! We all slept comfortably. Kitchen is fully stocked. Everything you need is in that condo. It was very clean and full of amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s also free storage for skis or snowboards. I will definitely come back to this hotel with my family.
