Beautiful accomodation & very friendy staff. All restaurants, shops,… nearby. Also very nice it had a swimming pool and parking garage. I stayed in the appartment close to the mainstreet, so i had some trouble sleeping the first night, but just put some earplugs in and it was fine. I will be coming back. Thank you again for the great hospitality.

Been to the location over a period of 15 years, new owners have invested money on the amenities and staff, the manageress added that continued improvements are planned over the winter making this the best resort in the area - we tend to agree!

A nice stay

I would say this is a really nice place. Perfect location to everything (except the main road) Hotel is well taken care of. Plus: Location Cleanliness Friendly staff Nice beds Minus: If you have a room fronting the main road you will have trouble sleeping in the main room. The garage is quite tight so don’t expect a full size car to fit. No dish washer Pool was a bit cold

Nice building with a peaceful patio, where the restaurant is located. The restaurant serves very good food and the staff is friendly. The hotel is in walking distance of the waterfront area with all its shops and restaurants. The room was not what we expected from a four star hotel: large rooms, but mostly empty, very small, cheap and old couch with dirt stains, moldy shower and very loud noise coming from the street due to bad insulation. No decent playground in the area.

Hotellet var generelt meget slidt og levede desværre ikke op til vores forventninger. Vi rejste sammen med nogle venner, som fik en markant bedre lejlighed med balkon, hvilket gjorde forskellen mellem værelserne ret tydelig, selvom prisen var den samme. Begge lejligheder fremstod umoderne med et køkken, der føltes som noget fra 1980’erne. Der var hverken ovn eller fryser, hvilket begrænsede mulighederne, hvis man selv ønskede at lave mad. Stedet fungerer fint, hvis man blot har brug for en enkel overnatning, men det har ikke meget charme, og vi ville ikke vælge det igen til et længere ophold.

Fra utsiden er hotellet veldig fint. Rommene er romslige og gode, selv om de trolig ikke er pusset opp på en stund. Bassengområdet er noe utdatert, men fungerer fint til soling og bading. Veldig bra beliggenhet, da det er kort å gå til den fine steinstranda og inn til den fantastiske fine gågata ved vannet inn i Cannobio sentrum. Er også fine turmuligheter opp i fjellet og oppover langs elven/dalen. Med tanke på antall stjerner er hotellet et godt valg!

Wir hatten ein kleines Appartement mit einer tollen Sicht auf die Stadt, von morgens bis später Nachmittag immer Sonne auf dem Balkon. Das haben wir sehr genossen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir werden diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder berücksichtigen.

Die Anlage ist sehr gut angelegt, relativ nah zum See. Der Pool war leider schon geschlossen, da die Sommersaison beendet war. Wir hatten ein Classic Appartement, welches zwar sauber war, aber die Möbel waren schon älter. Das Badezimmer teilweise renoviert (Waschbecken), Dusche leider nicht. In der Küche 2 Kochfelder, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle. Nicht unbedingt ein Appartement, in welchem man sich selbst versorgt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und war jederzeit hilfreich. Für ein paar Tage durchaus zu empfehlen.

Idealer Ort für unseren Familienurlaub. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Tiefgarage ist leider etwas eng und somit nicht so gut für Familienautos geeignet, aber es klappte trotzdem mit dem Parken. Der Außenpool mit den Liegen ist großartig. Das Classic Appartement ist sehr großzügig und war für eine Familie absolut ausreichend. Für die Verdunkelung hat jedes Zimmer Fensterläden.

Wir haben spontan gebucht und einen tollen Kurzurlaub gehabt. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Hotelanlage ist gepflegt und ansprechend.

Wir hatten ein Einzimmer Appartement ohne Balkon, mit kleiner Küchenzeile, Bad mit Dusche und Bidet. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig. Das Hotel hat ein tolles Ambiente. Es gibt einen Pool und ein Restaurant, in dem man gut essen und auch frühstücken kann

Uns hat es super gefallen. Alles sauber, nix kaputt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gilt auch für das Restaurant. Das Essen dort war echt sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war für uns völlig in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
