Excellency location close to the city Center. There is a convenient franchised parking space right beside it with a reasonable daily rate. The room is clean and the front desk staffs are very friendly.

This was my favourite hotel on my Ireland/Scotland adventure. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of room for 4 people. 2 bedrooms, dining area, living room.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The area is tremendously central and it was an easy walk to most things. There was a certain amount of street noise but the bed was comfortable and we slept well every night. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in a good location.

It’s a nice property with great rooms and the employees are very friendly. I’d have rated it 5/5 however it was very warm in our room and the portable a/c unit didn’t make much difference. It helped when we put it on the night stand aime directly at us at night. Also, our tub wouldn’t drain properly so when either of us showered we were standing in ankle deep water. I reported that to the staff and they said they’d have maintenance look at it. Beyond those two things it’s a well located place for a few days’ stay. I would stay here again.

The staff were truly amazing. As we traveled overnight from Canada they got us into a room asap after we arrived. Rooms were nice and clean, only thing I can say is hearing the street and pubs if you are not used to it but otherwise we would return in a heartbeat.

My suite was wonderful. Spacious & comfortable and very clean. The staff could not have been more friendly. Their dinning recommendations were spot on. The property is well situated and within easy walking distance of all points of interest in the City Centre. It was a great base for my tour of Glasgow.

This property has in my reckoning, an unwarranted four star rating. At first glance the suite appeared clean although very dated and dull. It soon became clear that the place urgently needed a deep cleaning along with some furniture additions. 1. No luggage rack in bedroom. 2. No chair nor other surface to put clothes on. 3. Oddly situated wardrobe blocked the only source of natural light in the bedroom when the doors were open. 4. Living room couch placed way too close to the floor making it impossible to get up from once seated. 5. No easy/arm chair in living room. 6. Dull brown/black/grey painting and pictures throughout. 7.Bedroom curtains desperately in need of cleaning/vacuuming. 8. Entire place needs to have the furniture repositioned to enable a thorough vacuuming. 9. All baseboards and electrical outlets covered in dust, lots of dust. All these deficiencies are obvious to the naked eye so housekeeping really needs a good shake-up. This unit was to me dull, dated and depressing.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff here are all very polite and very helpful. The entire building is very clean throughout. The only issue was the late night noise from the pubs and clubs below. The patrons go outside for a smoke break and their voices and laughter can get rather loud. On our next visit, we will ask for a suite near the rear of the building.

I liked the size of the space and layout. The coffee machine in the breakfast suite is really complicated and not user friendly. The property is in a great location. There was a piece of garbage from a previous user was left in the corner of the bathroom. Though small, it was bloody.

Great location, easy parking, the only thing was the bar/restaurant beside was dumping their bottle in glass in a bin until 11 PM every hour that was very noisy ! If not the room was beautiful and I like the kitchen !
