The 2 that were in the check in were fantastic and I was shown how to get to my room with a code and was also give a key code too, it’s close to restaurants and pubs, the room was lovely and clean and I hope to stay again soon!

Value for money

The room was spacious and looked like just renovated. The bed was so comfortable and there was possibility to get thinner pillows if needed. I could not hear any noise from the other room which was so nice. The hotel was just few blocks away from city center. Everything is were close to the hotel.

Good location close to shops, eateries and light rail, apartment was modern with nice interior, secure parking at rear of building, only downside was dishwasher not working in my apartment and a loose hinge in one of the cupboard doors, not really a big deal but when you’re paying good money to stay there you do expect better

The apartment was well presented and stocked. I wasnt keen on the new checkin system on a tablet at reception. The process took much longer than it should of, required multiple t&c contions to be accepted with little or no explanation. Having to have my personal data available for others to see at reception wasn't ideal either. I also didnt like that, although i was advised that the apartment was ready for checkin earlier than 3pm, i could only get access by paying an additional $20!
