This was a great spot for our quick getaway. The building is a little dated but clean. It’s mere steps to the beach. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Really enjoyed Ocean Reef. Location was fantastic, staff were so nice and we loved our room. Pools were great as well. Definitely recommend and will be returning!

The hotel room was compfortable and clean when we arrived, had a good size fridge, micro wave and safe. However, we were there for 5 nights and even after we requested the garbage to be taken out and fresh towels on the second day it never was done. At check out I reviewed our bill and noticed a house keeping charge to our room DAILY, I was very disapointed that they charge for something they don't actually do till you leave.

Restaurant closed early almost every night we were there so went elsewhere to eat. Pool area seemed to be under renovations. People in rooms around us (or above or below - not sure which one) constantly on balcony smoking (not cigarettes) Very thin walls it seemed as we were always hearing rooms around us opening and closing their sliding glass door.

I’ve stayed here 6 times over the yrs so obviously like it. The location is my favourite. We stayed in room 203, loved that location as well. Unfortunately needs a bit of updating as the toaster, coffee maker and microwave all had to be replaced while we were there. The stairwells also need updating, carpeting very shabby. Woman in restaurant very efficient & personable, a pleasure to be served by them.

Good big room, great staff at breakfast, and throughout the hotel. Good location on the beach. Check-in took forever first to find a parking place out front to check in. I left twice and came back. Once you parked you stood in line a very long while to check in, then you had to go on a expedition to find a luggage cart. No glasses in the room just 2 ceramic coffee mugs. Front desk said there were no glasses available on the property. I went out and bought some. 40 years of traveling for business and pleasure it is the first hotel I was ever in that had no glasses, to make a drink, brush your teeth, or even have a water.

View of ocean very attractive and room was spacious and had all necessary kitchen equipment. Staff were generally pleasant but parking was a problem. It turns out there was another building with spillover spots and this should have been mentioned at check in thereby avoiding several stressful days trying to park in a small site where spots were hard to find. I might also mention that I had valet parking for one night ((/18) but see I have been charged for 4 nights and I will be seeking a refund the hotel itself which I presume is the proper procedure.
