Rooms were spacious and pretty. Cleaning service was minimal, parking was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again, avoiding the front desk suggestion to chat with the timeshare lady by the Starbucks entrance. The value for what I paid was outstanding. The few things above could have been better but that is really just nit picking. Would recommended to my friends and family.

The room itself was very dirty. We didnt sit on the couch or chair our entire visit because they were covered in hair. The dressers were very dirty so we kept our clothes in our suitcase. The oven, when we tried to cook, had such a horrible burning smell, we had to only use to stove top. Walls, kitchen chairs, doors, counters, tables all had to be washed/cleaned before i would unpack. All in all, it will be a poor rating for the room. The front desk clerk wasnt overly welcoming or friendly, she didnt seem to like her job very much. The pool and hot tub were good, and parking was convenient.

The property was in a very good location and the room and most amenities were perfect, However I was under the impression breakfast was included but apparently not as we booked through Expedia. We were also only given one shampoo and no bars of soap. I had to ask 3 times (maid, housekeeping and the front desk) for more shampoo and some soap- we were booked for 5 nights. By the third night we were given soap and the last night after I asked another maid, we given shampoo. Strange. I had also thought I booked full Ocean View but we were given a partial view only seen from the balcony.Lastly I want to say that the staff at the front desk were definitely not friendly; I want you to know that this is the first time I have commented on my hotel or holiday experience and I have travelled over 60 years.

I liked that it was right on the ocean and we did not have to walk a long way. I felt very safe in my room and around the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I did not like the fact that my bed was never made and my towels were never put in the same place and that I was not informed I had to call down and ask for housekeeping to come and make my bed or to have the floor vacuumed. That would have been nice to know. Overall my time spent at the Grande Cayman was very good.

We had a fantastic time!! Our first blended family vacay ❤️ and the Grand Cayman resort was the perfect spot!! 3 bedroom condo with a big balcony looking over the ocean. The sunrises every morning were spectacular off the balcony as were the sunsets off our front door walking area. Lots to do with a thriving pool area, peaceful garden area for tanning and reading somewhere quiet and the beach is gorgeous!! The lobby, restaurants & cleaning staff were top notch and very friendly!! We definitely would all love to go back next year!! Sooo much to do in Myrtle Beach ...lots of inexpensive fun and great memories 💝

Came twice (evening and morning) to get beach towel and didn't get any. Sauna closed. But generally is a great place with nice amenities for a family stay. Will consider to come back.

Hotel was nice. Fun days at pool. Oven view should be advertised as that’s what we booked and we’re staring at the parking lot but if you look as far as you can to left you saw a corner of the ocean?? Coffee in rooms with nothing to put in it. No sugar or cream? Staff are very nice!
