Good place, everything clean and excellent attention. Keep in mind that it does not have air conditioning so hot days are difficult.

Towels were stained. Water from shower seem to go all over the place, poor drainage. Load thumping under my room until 11pm

If I were you, I'd think twice booking this place. The room/apartments are OK. But the communication, check-in and the reception staff leaves a lot to be desired. Once you arrived at the location, you'll find no sign of Zenao Appart'hĂŽtels, and you'd wonder am I at the right location? In fact they go by Stella Apartments, and that's the one you'd need to press for. If you are checking in after 8pm, then you'd have to wait at least an hour for an rude person to arrive, they'll take 40 Euros off you for late check in and throw a bunch of keys towards you. After that good luck with finding the apartment in the maize. Overall, we had a terrible experience staying at this place, and I were you, I'll look elsewhere. And yes, Hotel.com were not of much help either when contacted regarding the issues we faced during our stay.

J'ai aimé l'état des lieux (la chambre)qui étaient propres et les employés gentils pour la plupart. J'ai passé de bons séjours et rencontré de belles personnes. Je suis allée avec mon amie pour notre 1er séjour à Paris, elle a aimé. J'y sejournerai de nouveau. Je le recommande. Ce que je n'ai pas aimé c'est le lavabo de douche qui ne fonctionnait pas et qui n'a pas été réparé durant notre séjour.

The apartment was nice and very big. Clean as well. The staff was good. The only disappointment was the breakfast, it was not very good , need to be improved no ham, no cheese, they should offer a bit more. And last thing is that the place is very secure and safe.

Deux piĂšces spacieux et agrĂ©able. Petit lit 140 avec sur matelas dĂ©sagrĂ©able pour l'Ă©tĂ©. Pas de clim et appartement trĂšs chaud. Petit dej hyper minimaliste oĂč il manque tj qq chose d'essentiel, tout comme dans l'appart. C'Ă©tait mieux il y a 2 ans de cela.

Appartamento meraviglioso!

Appartamento pulito, spazioso e ben arredato, comodo per lunghi soggiorni. Noi avevamo un appartamento con una stanza doppia (letto piĂș piccolo di quello italiano) e una singola, bagno (senza finestra), soggiorno-cucina. Ogni ambiente era molto spazioso. Lo scarico della doccia funzionava perfettamente, al contrario di quanto letto in alcune recenzioni. Mancava il phon, ma l'abbiamo portato. Abbiamo avuto bisogno di utilizzare una sedia a rotelle per una slogatura della caviglia e ci si muoveva facilmente in ogni stanza (bagno incluso) perchĂ© c'era tutto lo spazio necessario. Abbiamo piĂș volte avuto bisogno di relazionarci alla ragazza della reception (credo si chiami Laure o Laurene) che Ă© stata sempre gentile e disponibile, anche quando era fuori dall'orario di servizio. La Metro, il supermercato e i ristoranti sono tutti molto vicini all'appartamento. Ottima struttura, la consiglio.

It was a really good stay. It was very easy to communicate with the lady at Reception who was really nice. location is perfect, as two women we didn’t have problems walking around at night. Literally 10 minutes walk away from the Metro line and there’s food shops close by. Will definitely stay there again.

Getting in from the gates is not easy. It's not clear what buttons to push. Better signage to the reception would also help. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Excellent appartement. En revanche accueil catastrophique ! RĂ©servation d'un appartement de 2 chambres de 2 lits doubles. 1ere dĂ©livrance clĂ© 1 seule chambre ! 2eme dĂ©livrance clĂ© 1 seule chambre encore ! 3eme dĂ©livrance clĂ© appartement dĂ©jĂ  occupĂ© !! 4eme dĂ©livrance clĂ© appartement 2 chambre mais 1 lit double et 1 lit simple !!! Bref 45 mn pour s'installer enfin ! Jeune femme Ă  l'accueil incompĂ©tente, impolie car aucune communication, aucune explication, ni mĂȘme un regard, aucune gĂȘne face Ă  la situation !!! Nous sommes restĂ©s calmes mais c'est inadmissible !!!
