We are on our 3rd month of travelling. We have never come across a room with so much mold and dust. The couch was disgusting. I wouldn't even allow a pet on it. The gym had no wipes or spray, and the carpet was filthy. Location was good. Fortunately there was another room available. Our alarm was construction next door. No mold. Couch was in poor shape. Thankfully we had fantastic weather and out all day.

I loved every minute!

I had a wonderful stay at Arena apartments. I was made very welcome, everything was exactly like it was shown on the website and was close to everything I needed or wanted. It felt like I was home and I was very comfortable there. I will 100% stay here again on my next trip. I can't wait and am making plans already!

Central location on the south bank of Brisbane

Spent a week at the two bedroom apartment during the 2nd week of November. The apartment was really well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. It was spacious and spotless. The beds were comfortable. The location was great being close to South Brisbane station, the south bank and lots of local restaurants. Check-in was quick and painless. Will certainly be going back the next time we need a place in Brisbane.

Great location in West end

Spacious one bedroom apartment in walkable area

We are staying another week in the same apartment we spent a week in with a trip to Cairns in between. We like the air conditioning, the pool, the washer and dryer in the unit and the nearby grocery, liquor and restaurants.

Beautiful place to stay

The apartaments are very spacious and super clean. We stayed in 2 bedroom apt., with 2 baths and open concept kitchen. It also had huge balcony with a patio set. Beautiful virw of the city in distance, but thatbwill be gone soon as they are building condo and it will cover that view. The apartament building is in great condition, clean carpets and no smells. The only downside was that the pool advertises as heated, but it is not. Since the weather was not very hot while we were there and the pool is barely in the sun through out the day (only few hrs in the morning) kids did not want to go swimming as water was way too cold. It was a bummer as the pool was big decision maker for me when booking the hotel. Also, if you need any info about any trips or city you will not get it from the front reception. The girls did not know anything, as if they were from a completley different city... Otherwise everything else I have to say was perfect. We are coming back for sure.
