Slightly disappointed with amenities

The hotel in its day was probably quite glorious, however those days were many years ago. So disappointed to find no water in the pool. However the room Was spacious and good for a family travelling. Breakfast was also good. It’s a dry hotel so no alcohol was available for western travellers. Location wasn’t too bad. Many restaurants within a ten minute walk

We stayed in a junior suite as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), and overall we had a really pleasant experience. The suite was spacious, with a separate kitchen and sitting area and 2 bedrooms. which made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. The beds were very comfortable with good quality mattresses – we all slept really well. The room was clean, although a few things were broken, like a cracked stove top in the kitchen. It's also worth noting that there were no dishes, cutlery, or cups provided, so keep that in mind if you plan to use the kitchen. At night, there was a loud buzzing noise from the air conditioning units outside on the roof, which might bother light sleepers. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with a nice mix of (warm) Tunisian dishes, salads, yogurt, eggs, and croissants. But what really stood out was the friendliness of the staff – everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back!

Not a 5 star hotel

The suite is big, however : - there is no utensils in the kitchen - all the doors make noise - lots of things are broken - heater will leak - heater is way too hot and cannot be modified Not really a 5 stars hotel. Plus…to use the swimming pool, everyone has to pay extra 20 euros to use it …

Customer service was so rude. Once I checked out they won’t even help you with your luggage. The front desk guy was so rude to the point he told me to go find the security guy to see if he would help with luggage. During the stay when I ask for something like towels, you would have to chase 2 to 3 people to get the service you want. I have asked for baby crib and all I got broken rusted crib with cloth sides that falls down. I had to have my sun sleep on the couch fearing from the sides and bed falling down and off the sides. We had suit for 4 and they always bringing towels and all other services for 2 people. I had to ask multiple times to get stuff in complete sets. The room is clean and breakfast is good but the hotties a bit smiley and kind of dirty.

What I liked is cleanliness, nice furniture and the kindness of the staff who were amazing with us. The suite was huge and well decorated as well as neat. The location is good as it is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and it is not very far from the city center by taxi. I definitely recommend this hotel.
