Hotel room different than in picture. Specifically, bed type and flooring. Room was not fully clean. Lots of wear and tear and rust on floor near bed posts. Hallways and elevator floor needed to be mopped.

I liked the area where the hotel is located. I liked the room arrangement shown in pictures and the amenities described. I didn't like the conditions the room had when I entered it. I entered the room late at night and the room was humid and wet all around the floor and walls. There was as strong odor to humidity or chemicals from the kitchen. On top of that, there was a strong continuous noise, all the time, coming from behind the ceiling, which looks like it was from an AC unit or so, which made us have a very bad sleep.

Excelente hotel limpio y muy económico, cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para pasártela bien, clima grande que enfría toda la habitación al 100, amabilidad del personal, buen trato y rapido, amplio estacionamiento y tranquilidad

La verdad el cuarto q me dieron no le servia el seguro por lo tanto tuve que bajar a decirles y me cambiaron de cuarto , tambien mensiono q cuando llegue al check in el elevador no servia , aparte cuando hice uso de la alberca me habian robado el celular y pase casi 2 horas esperando q hicieran qlgo para ayudarme a ver quien se lo habia llevado, estoy en desacuerdo con q no tengan servicio de limpieza diario y de paso hay cucarachas, muy mala experiencia la verdad, no vale lo q cobran

Las habitaciones están en excelente estado solo que no hay servicio diario de limpieza y cambio de sábanas y toallas. Se solicitó cambio de habitación aún sin ingresar a la misma por aquello del ruido y no acepto la chica de recepción. Algo bueno es la ubicación del hotel y los servicios que hay a su alrededor.

La propiedad ya cuenta con mucho uso y las habitaciones incluso huelen a cigarro, falta limpieza, a pesar que al llegar te atienden luego ya no hay seguimiento y si requieres algo tardan en responder, el elevador tiene problemas y si estás en pisos superiores tienes que bajar las escaleras para subir con el elevador, las botoneras no funcionan, no fue tan agradable esta estancia y aparte solicité mi factura y es hora que no hay respuesta

El check in dice que es a las 15:00 hrs., pero al llegar me dijo la recepcionista que no tenía una hora específica para darme la habitación que podía ser a las 16:00 o 17:00 no tenía una hora exacta, eso se me hace ilógico por qué entonces quiere decir que me van a dejar salir más tarde en el check out., la verdad muy mal y aparte mal encarada
