Great location, friendly staff with good communication. Minutes from great dining options and bus lines. No vehicles are allowed on the streets around the property so be prepared to walk for a bit. Be prepared to walk a lot in Greece!

Loved our host! He was amazing, accommodated us with all the best local spots. Also helped us order taxis at a really good fare compared to everywhere else. The apartment was very clean with daily cleaning service. The area around had a bunch of shops and local cafes. The historical sites were at most a 10 min walk. There is a parking garage that is at most a 5 min walk and is next to a grocery store. I arrived earlier than planned and was able to get a room even though checkin was at 15. Highly recommend

The property exceeded my expectations. I was a bit dubious of all the positive reviews, but it’s true. The place is spotless, the bathroom is so gorgeous I decided to give myself a little impromptu pamper night in! The tv is massive and the room is almost like a studio or serviced apartment, it is well equipped and immaculate. The cleaner who I met when I arrived early to drop my bags was so kind and Effie spoke to me on the phone and helped me organise a taxi for my early morning flight. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I wish I could have stayed longer!!

Mi sono trovata davvero bene in questa struttura , molto gentili e attenti . Unica pecca che il portone d’ingresso principale non ha la serratura ed è libero . Al piano di sopra troverete la porta che dà accesso ai appartamenti con un codice di sicurezza .

Ideal central location

To my point of view, ideally located to discover city & neighbourhood. Much space & “main” street view 👌 (Very)comfortable bed (could still feel a bit the gap between 2 twin beds -making them a double one version- could be easily fixed from my own experience) Staff paid attention to my comfort & all details. Excellent communication. Surely, I’ll be back!

Most central location with good service

Εξαιρετική διαμονή για όσους θέλουν να είναι στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου. Από τα πιο κεντρικά locations που θα μπορούσαν να υπάρξουν. Όλα απίστευτα κοντά με τα πόδια. Πολύ καθαρό και άνετο δωμάτιο. Εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (ακόμη και αλατοπίπερο) και καφετιέρα με ποιοτικό καφέ esspresso αντί κάψουλας. Πολύ σημαντικό που υπήρχαν Ικανοποιητικά amentities όπως παντόφλες και vanity kit, σίδερο και σιδερώστρα, κανονικό πιστολάκι μαλλιών, χρηματοκιβώτιο. Τα μόνα αρνητικά είναι η θέρμανση του δωματίου από τον ήλιο, καθώς η μία πλευρά είναι όλη παράθυρα, ο θόρυβος στα μπροστινά δωμάτια από τον κεντρικότατο πεζόδρομο και ο ελλιπής φωτισμός (π.χ. δυσκολεύεσαι να κάνεις μακιγιάζ γιατί δεν υπάρχει κάπου δυνατός φωτισμός).
