I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The receptionists were professional and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Good location in Palermo All the best restaurants are within walking distance. Some bars were nearby as well. Everyone at the reception. Reception is avalaible 24hrs.

An overall great stay right in the heart of Palermo. We did not notice any noise as other reviews have stated. The property's location was as close to all that Palermo has to offer without being too close to the main hub, where excessive noise would have been an issue. Our suite was clean and spacious, but lacked quite a few amenities in the kitchen if they wished to use it as intended. Not really a major issue since there are restautants/cafes near-by.

My family of three really enjoyed our stay at Casa Joseph. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is excellent. Very safe for walking around with lots of dining options. Great value. The room has a mini fridge, sink and microwave which is especially good for breakfast items. Don’t forget to check out the roof top pool for some sun snd relaxation after a long day of walking.

We had a great experience at Casa Joseph! Rooms were very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Our friends stayed in another hotel that cost twice as much and wasn’t anywhere near as nice as this one. We highly recommend this boutique hotel!

Newer property, great staff. Francisco at the front desk was extremely pleasant and very helpful. We were able to communicate with him in English and his dinner recommendations were superb. Nice rooftop pool and small lounging area. New restaurant opened right next door on our 2nd day there. Local coffee spot had very friendly staff, as well.

Great hotel at Casa Joseph, we loved staying in the Palermo SoHo area. The hotel is clean, modern, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, at a reasonable mid-range price. We had mini kitchenette with fridge, which made breakfast and lunch in suite easy. The manager Gabriel was awesome - his English is excellent, to compensate for my very weak Spanish, and he came up with great suggestions of local restaurants within walking distance, and helped us arrange taxis and transport, money exchange, etc. One of the best overall hotel experiences we’ve had in are travels - highly recommended!
