I had the privilege of staying in 202 - what an incredibly stunning room. The property itself is very well located in a nice and safe neighborhood off the park. Although I never saw any of the staff, nor heard back from the property owner, we were fortunate enough to have no issues for the duration of our stay.

The facility looks amazing and exceeded our expectations. The communication was clear and seamless. The location is great; however, every morning around 5-6 a.m., there was a very loud garbage pickup just under our window. The view from the window was a brick wall from the building across. The insulation of the unit is poor. The room was very cold, despite the AC set to 75F and with the additional portable heater (which was a very welcome addition). It took 2 days to warm the unit up.

Maverick suites

The internet was not working during our stay. Noone responded to our messages about it. There is a garbage truck picking up garbage at 5.30 in the morning and it's quite loud and makes it very hard to sleep.

Brings “sparse” to a whole new level. There wasn’t even a chair in my room, let alone a night table or night lamp that I could reach from my bed. But the property was spotlessly clean.

This place is very unique i love the small room we stayed in we were in just a standard room and it was the perfect size for the 2 of us! We stayed 2 nights never once worried about anything felt very safe and secure. The building is opened with codes provided which makes everything very smooth. Virtual check in was very easy and seemless. Parking on the other hand was a bit challenging but we found a parking garage right by the Berklee police station a block away from the hotel the fellas working the parking garage were very friendly and professional and we had absolutley no issues. Do Not Park Outfront. Other than parking which is expected in prime location in boston everything was perfect. Walking distance to fenway and any shopping you desire and we highly recommend taking a walk through the gardens around the pond across the street. Very beautiful we will be back!!
