Good value for the money. Clean and new property. Full sized fridge, separate washer dryer, detergents provided. The only thing is no housekeeping services for our studio apartment. We are going to stay in Meriton in Sydney as well.

We had a problem with the pressure balance on that floor (4th floor) between the corridor and the room. As a result, there is a whistling sound underneath the door due to the air draft. We could not sleep. In the end, we had to leave the door partially open to balance the air pressure. We spoke to the front desk, they told us that they knew about this problem and would try to change the door seal. We are not impressed that they still assign that room to us with full knowledge of the problem. It is unbelievable. Needless to say, we did not have a good sleep that night.

1. Room was clean, modern, well-designed, and well-appointed. 2. Liked the security elevator. 3. Would like to recognize Kay at the reception desk. I was early having disembarked from a cruise and feeling a little under-the-weather. No rooms were ready so Kay monitored room readiness while I sat in the lobby. As soon as a room was ready, she allowed me to check in. I felt she demonstrated a level of care and service I do not always see at most hotels. Thank you Kay!
