One elevator for 15 floors with 50 units per floor is a fire and safety hazard. Waiting time for each time in or out was crazy. Will not stay there again.

We enjoyed staying at the property as it is convenient located to Notte grocery store and walking distance to Back Beach. Host was super helpful with finding sleeper bus information for us and offered to do translation when we needed. Great service.

We enjoyed the time here, it was close super market, restaurants and beach. Only thing that bothered me was elevators are too small and crowd especially on weekend, plus my neighbor had puppy and they let him cried all night.

Very nice service, good location

Service its exelent. Room keep could because it is 2 airconditioner. Location and pool its really nice. May pool have really empty in week. Weekend have more people. Shop, good restaurant find same building and bigger shopping place its near. Can 100% recommended.

Not enough communication on check in arrival. As well as clean up. They charge for used towels but the towels they have for you did not smell well. A lot of rules on how the room should look when checking out, so to avoid extra charge we cleaned up as much as we could. The area is nice though and there is a grocery store and coffee shops nearby. As well as ATMs.

가족들과 휴가 겸 여행을 왔습니다. 정말 최고의 숙소였어요. 체크인 할때부터 호스트가 나와서 친절히 다 설명해 주시고, 오션뷰가 정말 끝내줬어요. 아이들이 수영하기를 정말 좋아하는데 어린이 전용 수영장도 있어서 너무 만족했습니다. 애들도 완전 좋아하고요! 숙소 상태도 너무 청결하고 에어컨이 방마다 한대씩 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 음식점들도 숙소 가까이에 있어서 이동하기도 정말 쉬워요. I went on a vacation and trip with my family. It was truly the best accommodation. From the time I checked in, the host came out and kindly explained everything, and the ocean view was amazing. My kids really love swimming, and I was very satisfied that there was a children-only pool. The kids absolutely love it too! The condition of the accommodation was very clean and it was nice to have an air conditioner in each room. Restaurants are also close to the accommodation, so it's really easy to get around.

This property did not meet expectations for a vacation rental. The building primarily consists of apartments repurposed as short-term rentals or hotel-style accommodations, but it appears ill-suited for that use. Although relatively new, the property shows signs of poor maintenance, with common areas looking worn and neglected. Elevator service was particularly problematic—extremely slow, at times requiring 40–50 minutes of wait time, and giving an impression of being unreliable. Noise was a consistent issue due to a lack of soundproofing, making it difficult to relax. The overall management of the building appears lacking. There were frequent disturbances, including overcrowded units, loud conversations, children running through hallways unsupervised, and unpleasant odors in common areas. Prospective guests may want to consult online reviews before booking, as similar concerns have been raised by others.

Could use little more TLC to the apartment.

The location of the property is great. But the room 8.23 needs some little more TLC. The dinning table glass cover has stuff between the glass and the table top and ants eating off the stuff. The sofa in the master bedroom has stains all over. Plus the beds sheets was NOT INSTALL it was hanging in the laundry area, i have to install it myself. The shower has black molds on the edges. The room could use some decors to make the room feel little more cozy. I checked in late and the property owner was very helpful.
