A lovely property with rural feel but very good location, Alpacas and hens met us in the morning! Easy check in and out as we were a little late arriving. Quiet and well equipped...as shown. Comfortable bed and hot water. Would highly recommend.

Charming

This little cottage was a great little experience. Barbecue for use, village shopping, little bonuses from owners all contributed. Our weather was not the greatest so rain noise and trucks on the nearby highway interrupted our sleep - in the sunshine this place would be wonderful. However little gas heater allowed for that snuggle up cottage experience!

What a GEm!!

My husband and I wanted to experience the Great Ocean Road, and started from Port Fairy, heading east to the Mornington Penninsula. The Clonmarra Cottages are not on the water but everything else about them was more than perfect - the cottages are large, with beautiful beds, large well equipped kitchen area, living room and huge bathroom - all terribly clean and quiet. Each cottage has its' own garden with table and chairs and overall it was a tremendous place to stay. Very highly recommended.

Anna and Steve were lovely hosts, including everything in the cottage from tea and coffee, kitchen appliances and bathroom additions such as soaps and bath crystals. The cottage was beautifully designed and spacious, with a stunning back porch and front gardens with a fountain, large outdoor chess set and picnic areas made this holiday tranquil and welcoming. The guest book was extensive with information on the cottage and places in the area to visit. Thank you for having us, we loved our stay. Love Kristen and Angus xo

Very comfortable and cosy. Great bathroom spa, bed, and bedding. Only stayed the one night but could’ve easily spent much longer. Wifi worked great for streaming too and communication with our hosts was faultless. Would happily stay again.

Loved our stay in cottage no 4 which was beautifully presented and had everything you’d need if you wanted to self cater for a few days. On the day we were scheduled to arrive we got a detailed text from Steve with directions and instructions as to where to park etc. which was very helpful. Lovely grounds overlooking a small paddock with two friendly highland cattle.

A really lovely little space out of town but close enough to take advantage of the lovely restaurants and cafes in Port Fairy. The cottage was immaculate and is really well set up for much longer than we were able to stay this time round. would love to return for longer.
