Easy access to downtown. Staff were great and very helpful. We had to lengthen our stay because of COVID 19 as our flight back had to be changed at the last minute. The manager and his wife were not only accommodating but very helpful with suggestions. The accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed and I would highly recommend this establishment.

Hotel staff were excellent. The suite was very comfortable. My only complaint is that they allow smoking on the premises. We couldn’t enjoy our balcony due to smoking neighbours.

Fantastic!

Within a day of booking (8 months before trip) Roy and Carol e-mailed to confirm booking and anticipated time of arrival (gates lock at night). Upon arrival Roy checked me in and assisted me with places to go shopping for necessities (airline lost my luggage) as well as places to eat within walking distance. He provided a map and drew best choices on it for me. They even had a fresh bottle of milk in the fridge in case I wanted a nice cuppa. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of little things to make you feel special. (Soaps and such in the bathroom, chocolate on the pillows, etc). All in all an awesome experience and a great way to start my New Zealand holiday. Thanks Roy and Carol 😘
