Great location for most things at your fingertips, huge kitchen in the 1bd apt although I’d change the rokm description for 223 as an ocean glimpse not ocean view, when less that 25% of your view is the ocean view it’s a glimpse.

At the foot of Mount Manganui, right on the summit trail and a block from an amazing beach. Easy walk to great restaurants, too. The rooms are large, staff was great, hot pool was nice and warm, pool was small but clean and refreshing, place is a little old/dated, but NO complaints.
