We have to move to another room on the third in the middle of the night because aircon was leaking and wet the floor and beddings. This causes my anxiety and had to take meds to calm me down. Good that my niece stayed with me. It was a lot of inconvenience to pack and unpack. the staff were graceful and professional. Then the room we were transferred, some of the channel not working. I had a channel i need to watch (CNN). Told the front desk, they fixed it the next day with another cable box. Room are superb. Location is excellent. Lots of restaurants around the mall.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Their breakfast was very good with varied dishes. Location is great as they have an underground connecting entrance to the mall. The laundry and dryer in suite was very useful as my travel schedule had me moving on to the next place almost every other day. I actually stayed at Aruga two different times on the same trip as I was in and out of Manila.

Great hotel

I booked this hotel as they offered in-room laundry washer and dryer. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a little kitchen, dining area, and living room too. This hotel would also be good for longer stays and families. Access to the mall is through a secure underground walkway/parking entrance. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the nespresso machine in the room and they very promptly remedied the matter. Very happy with this hotel and would definitely stay there again and recommend to everyone.

this hotel is top-notch. 5-star comfort and service. was a bit worried with some bad reviews about breakfast; but was very happy to be pleasantly surprised by their offering. location is ultra-convenient being across the street from power plant mall and all it's amenities (supermarket, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops, cinemas, bookstores, gift shops, etc. extremely happy with my choice to stay at this hotel.

2nd Time Staying Here

This was my second time staying at Aruga as I love the location and service. The rooms are good, the gym is excellent, pool is nice, staff are helpful and service is great. Also its located beside the Power Plant Mall with great restaurants and stores and is fairly close to the Fort and Makati in general.

Home away from home

I can't compliment enough how wonderful the staff of this place is! After staying there for just over 2 weeks my daughter and I went on a short trip to Hongkong but was still coming back to Manila for another 5 days so I booked another room for that duration and was so happy I did. They kept our big luggages while we were away, arranged for car/driver pickup from airport when we arrived (even at 12:30 am) and kept up email correspondences while we were away to assure and confirm of pickup on our arrival. I was pre-checked when we arrived at Aruga and it was a simple matter of handing me keys to our room - so efficient and super nice in greeting us at almost 1:00 am!

Ideal location

Staying here for over two weeks was the best decision I made picking through all the options online. I have nothing but the highest regards for the staff - so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Love that it's connected underground to a wonderful mall and close to lots of restaurants.

Nice safe location beside Power Plant Mall

I usually stay if BGC but thought I would try Rockwell this time. Great location and quick access to Makati and BGC. Good restaurants nearby and the room was very nice.

New hotel and its great.

First time here and it was great. Nice new hotel and the service is great. The restaurant is small but the cook made my favorite manila breakfast meal (Tapsi). I will be staying here again on my next business trip.

More than a great hotel!

The hotel is located in the upscale (Rockwell) Makati area. Tight security throughout this exclusive area makes it one of the safest in Manila. Great dining in the area and an upscale shopping mall directly across the street with a full service grocery and food court. There is even an underground tunnel connecting the hotel to the mall. Each room/suite is basically a self contained apartment with full kitchen and in-suite laundry. Very spacious, nicely appointed and extremely clean and comfortable. Very good value for the money. The staff were all very friendly and happy to give suggestions and directions to city sights. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend this facility.
