Property is about an hours walk to Paris city centre. All but one staff member was polite and friendly. Can’t believe you have to pay per day for housekeeping. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable wasn’t even pulled out . I would not stay here again .

Good accomodation for a grown family of 4.

Location was a little out of the way, but public transit very available that took us where we wanted to go. The room could be divided into 2 that was convenient. Small kitchen but just fine for our needs. The area had good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We could see the Effiel Tower from our window. Outside area was well kept. Overall pleasant experience.

Room for family of 4

The room was very well equipped for a family of 4 and in a quiet location. Staff was very polite and helpful. The kitchen came with everything we needed. The teenagers were impressed that the WiFi worked in the room. It is away from all the tourist sites but the metro stop is only a few minutes walk away.

Great family option

This hotel is a very affordable Option for a family of four. We spent a full week there. The private bedroom made it easier for every members to adapt to jet lag at its own pace. It was nice to cook a simple meal and sit down together after a busy day walking around. We unfortunately had wifi troubles for most of our stay and be warned, you must purchase your own toilet paper.

Second time at Paris

Room had a very bad smell. we tried to leave the window at night in order to breathe. No fan in the shower. Water comes out of the shower and stays and don't get dried. not a very good design. I would say the one-bedroom apt was the size of the bachelor apt. extremely small. cleaning was not included, so we cleaned ourselves everyday. hairdryer was not included, so we had to put our name on the list and wait for our turn to get it. How much really a hair dryer cost !!!! oh come on... you are a 3 star hotel, not a 1-star. anyhow we managed 5 days there, but were not as happy as expected.

L'hôtel est pratique et bien situé. Par contre Il a vraiment besoin d'une rénovation. Notre télé ne marchait pas, il y avait un trou sous la fenêtre bouché par un torchon, des traces de dégâts des eaux au plafond .... L'alerte incendie s'est déclenchée à 2h du matin et nous n'avons vu personne de l'hôtel.

Es war dreckig, auf dem Bett waren Flecken, Haare im Bad, Essensreste in die Küche, Fenster ging nicht zu, das Zimmer roch ganz ekelhaft und alt, die Möbel waren schon am zerfallen, Fenster schmutzig es war allgemein sehr dreckig und alt. Ganz besonders unter dem Bett war eine Riesen Staubschicht.
