This is the most disgustingly dirty and smelly hotel with other guests allowing dogs to make mess all over the properties garden.

The hotel is in a horrible condition and nothing works. The only redeeming factor is that the staff is friendly and the location is nice by the water just outside the city.

It’s a tired property that is in good need of an update/upgrade. Because its dates the era it was developed obviously didn’t care for sound proofing. We had 3 people booked but only 2 towels (for one night we just used one of our beach towels) The Seaview room we booked was was in need of repair so we got put in a golf view room for 6. Good for 4 people at best as there would be two on a sofa bed but no room to put bags or sit anywhere even tight around dining table and kitchenette. Was just ok for one night

This place is horrible. Everything is old and outdated. I asked for an extra pillow for my baby not to fall off the bed and they denied my request. Very inflexible. You have to pay extra for breakfast and to use the spa. The apartments are claustrophobic. The elevator is rusty and seems like it may not make it. Don’t recommend this place for families and it is definable not a 3 star.

HÎtel vraiment vieillissant tant au niveau de la déco que de l'équipement. (robinetterie obsolete, chaises en mauvais etat, luminaire d'un autre temps, parties communes défraßchie...) Isolation phonique trÚs moyenne Dommage l'espace et l'agencement de la chambre sont bien pensé et l'emplacement parfait !

Assez déçus du voyage

Moi qui voulais faire plaisir Ă  ma famille qui Ă©tait en vacances en leur offrant une petite escapade Ă  Biarritz
 HĂŽtel qui semblait trĂšs beau dans ces jours de gloire mais qui malheureusement a Ă©tĂ© visiblement totalement laissĂ© Ă  l’abandon. Des trous partout que ce soit la porte, les murs, le carrelage.. sans compter les nombreuses choses cassĂ©es ou qui tiennent Ă  peine dans l’appartement, pour couronner le tout on nous apprend Ă  notre arrivĂ©e que l’ascenseur est en panne, on est Ă  l’étage avec une personne ĂągĂ©e et un enfant en bas Ăąge, sympa la montĂ©e des valises! On dĂ©couvre ensuite le soir que la tĂ©lĂ© est hs, heureusement qu’on Ă©tait en vacances donc pas besoin de tĂ©lĂ© mais bon
 on connaĂźt tous les mamies.. elles aiment regarder leur petit journal le soir.. lĂ  c’était ratĂ©! C’est vraiment terriblement dommage pour un tel Ă©tablissement! Vue pourtant magnifique et environnement exceptionnel mais le site en lui mĂȘme mĂ©riterait une Ă©norme rĂ©novation! Anciennement visiblement 4 Ă©toiles selon les dĂ©corations et autres brodures sur l’oreiller ou mĂȘme gravure sur les prises, il ne reste que 3 Ă©toiles sur le panneau d’entrĂ©e mais en y regardant bien
 ne devrait il y en avoir qu’une, et encore
 juste pour la vue! Matelas tout de mĂȘme confortable en rĂ©confort. Les deux lits superposĂ©s sont littĂ©ralement collĂ©s Ă  la porte d’entrĂ©e donc sympa le sommeil avec les bruits de couloir et lumiĂšre, Ă  tout juste un pas de la salle de bain/toilette.. il ne faut pas se sentir Ă  l’étroit Ă  4!

Lampe frigo hs , siphon lavabo bouché et fuite , siphon évier fuite , panne tv le 31 /12 au soir , ameublement à changer , pas de prise de courant dans la sdb , radiateur obsolÚte type grille pain , les 4 étoiles ne sont pas dans cet établissement, et une taxe de séjour largement abusive

Cette résidence propose aux clients d'hotels.com les pires logements qu'elle dispose. NÎtre logement était mal isolé et froid malgré le chauffage à fond. Un appartement désuet mal entretenu, en manque d'équipements et de places de parking. Le prix est inapproprié à la prestation proposée. TrÚs grosse déception !
