Was a lovely room however could have done with more than just one toilet roll for staying a week. Could have pre warned there was no room service to clean the rooms, change the bins. Also was disappointed the pool wasn’t like the pictures there wasn’t no water in it. However the hotel was very clean and quiet. I would stay again if the pool was open.

Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return.

Perfect for family. Walk to Antibes 7 minutes down the hill to beautiful beach and bakery & 20 mins to Jeun les Pins. Train at Jeun les Pins along the coast Apartment for 6 people perfect for 5 of us. Facilities great. Would recommend.

Bad reception for hotel

On arrival there is no active reception. Although I announced in advance that I would arrive late, I received no instructions. The key was left in a safe in another building. There is not enough signage to explain who and where to turn. The existing signage is faded, and unclear. The signs pointing to the place are inaccurate, and misleading in direction. There is no telephone response available. I stayed in the middle of the night, in an unfamiliar neighborhood, with suitcases and equipment, outside. It took over an hour before I was able to find my way to the room. It was scary, and unpleasant.

Mauvaise insonorisation ; on entend les voisins du dessus et d Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Confort ?? Banquette convertible en lit qui prend toute la place pour une fermetĂ© discutable. Pour un studio 4 personnes, mĂȘme seule ce n’est pas intĂ©ressant. L’absence de rideau de douche ou pare baignoire, oblige Ă  se recroqueviller: c’était pas du tout agrĂ©able. De devoir nettoyer l’appartement au dĂ©tail prĂšs tout en descendant toutes les poubelles et celle du tri: c’est contraignant mais pour ĂȘtre sure de rĂ©cupĂ©rer la caution il le faut. DĂ©but Octobre, et la piscine microscopique Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  fermĂ©e Ă  Juan les Pins! Il n’y a pas non plus de local Ă  vĂ©lo, j’ai dĂ» Ă  chaque fois le monter dans la chambre qui dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tait petite. Logement vieillot, terasse triste Ă  souhait, et avec tout ce que j’ai Ă©crit plus haut: non, je ne recommanderai pas cet endroit Ă  un ami. J’avais jamais essayĂ© un Pierre et vacances, bah je suis vraiment déçue. Absence de convivialitĂ©. A l’accueil mĂȘme pas le journal, ni de quoi se restaurer. Obliger d’aller faire ses courses soi mĂȘme.
