Lovely property. Staff are great and very helpful. A little far out from massa Lubrense and Sorrento but so easy to get the bus just outside which run every 20 minutes from early morning to after midnight. Drinks are lovely in the hotel but expensive. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very good.

We loved this hotel and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sorrento! It’s a little bit out of the city centre, which makes it very quiet and relaxing. The outdoor spaces (pool, restaurant, gardens) are beautiful and the staff is very kind and welcoming. The hotel also partners with a number of tour companies which you can book through Expedia messenger or the front desk. We booked the Amalfi boat tour and had an amazing day! The only negative was a very small amount of mold in the bathroom. Other than that, the entire property was very clean and well maintained. It was the perfect spot for a few days on our honeymoon!

We recently stayed at the MelRose Relays outside Sorrento and it was absolutely incredible! The hotel is nestled in a scenic, quiet location, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city, yet it’s still conveniently close to all that Sorrento has to offer. The staff were beyond kind, generous, and helpful, shout out to Pietro,Bala and Pasquale for making us feel right at home. The food was another highlight—both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The pool area was gorgeous and relaxing, complete with a poolside bar for that extra touch of luxury. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and air-conditioned, making it a great choice for both solo travelers seeking a peaceful getaway and families on vacation. Highly recommend!

We stayed there for almost a week. From entering the property until check out everything worked really well. The staff is super friendly and helpful with 24*7 support available. The location is good as well, with direct bus every 20 min. For the breakfast one can order 1 freshly made dish and 2 drinks along with the buffet for free, its flavourful and fulfilling. I would definitely recomment this place :)

Such a beautiful boutique hotel. The pool area, bar and restaurant were amazing. The breakfast that was included was very good. We had dinner at the restaurant twice and it was delicious. The service was great. Rovatiana was very helpful Pascal was a great waiter his dinner suggestions were spot on Yuri makes great cocktails, ask him about the Tiramisu espresso martini ( but only have one, speaking from experience LOL)

Beautiful property, beautiful suite. Staff are helpful communicative and used Whats App which was easy. Location is tricky to get to from Sorrento. Taxi is very expensive compared to big cities (€46 by the meter), so we used the public transit bus (€2, comes every 20min) when we did not have our luggage. Restaurant on site, Essenza, is a hidden gem. Pasquale (restaurant server) and Rovatiana (hotel reception) elevated our experience.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I made the mistake of not planning transportation to Rome, the front desk made all the arrangements for us. The had a beautiful view of the sunset every evening. Pasquale the host/waiter for the Melrose Bistrot restaurant took such good care of us every night for dinner. He made us feel like family, so welcoming.

Charming Escape with Great Value and Service

This picturesque, resort-like hotel is a true hidden gem. Tucked away in a scenic location, it offers a level of comfort and amenities you wouldn’t expect at such a reasonable price. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful—going above and beyond by helping us book a boat trip to the Amalfi Coast. The breakfast each morning was a real treat: delicious and with a nice variety to start the day right. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and it takes about 20 minutes to reach downtown Sorrento, making it easy to explore the area without needing a car. Overall, a fantastic stay that far exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort, service, and great value all in one.
