Property itself is outstanding and so is the location. One issue is that the pool staff are overly protective of the rules meaning they come up to families all around the pool and it can be conceived as rude

Grimaud holiday.

Loved our first stay in Cote D’Zur and the facilities were very clean. Only a couple of things that improve any future stay. 1 air con. We only had a fan in our apartment and it wasn’t enough to be honest. If we had any little ones it would have been a lot worse for them. 2 there is no lounge or bar to sit at in the evening. Not that I am a big drinker but it would be good to mingle outside of your apartment. 3 there is a local grocery store outside the resort but we only happened on it by chance. A little heads up about it and directions would be beneficial. Overall a great holiday and I intend to return next year.

Unbelievably cramped

I booked and paid for two rooms but was only given one room. Despite protesting at reception I was advised that the booking was for a studio that had extra beds for children??? Language was a barrier and they refused to give me another room. As a result there were 3 single beds and a double for 6 people in one incredibly tiny room. Appalling.

Staff are nice, however

1- The most serious one is that after I made my reservation, I got the confirmation email from Hotels.com, it says that the reception is closed after 7 pm, and I need to inform them by phone. Before leaving Toulouse by car, I asked my hotel to call them and inform them that I will arrive at 9 pm, they replied with “no problem”! I arrived at 8:47 pm at the gate and it was closed. I tried to gate-ring the reception with no answer. I entered the next door hotel (SAME COMPANY) and they answered: “they are closed, try to reach somebody through the phone number in a card hanged on the wall”. Several cars arrived at the gate, called this number with no answer, and left. I tried too, with no answer. The only difference I tried also the phone number provided by the confirmation email, and after several attempts a lady answered. She told me to hold while she try to get information. After almost 20 min, she provided me with an access code and directed me to a safe box which contained my keys. We entered the room at 10:24 pm. 2- Rooms are very small. They say it will accommodate 5, its not true. 2 adults, and 2 kids at most and it will be very crowded. 3- The will hand you a sheet which will say “minimum housekeeping”. Well, believe them. Bed sheets will only be changed after 14 days. I know its hard to believe, however, just email them and they will reply with that info. 4- All rooms are NOT air-conditioned. They will provide a simple air fan against extra charge.

Séjour de courte duré, agréable dans un cadre superbe proche des plages avec un bémol. En cette période de canicule le logement était un peu chaud bien qu'un ventilateur était à disposition. Difficile de laisser la fenêtre de la chambre ouverte en raison du manque de protection, grille ou barreaux. Parking ensoleillé Prêt à revenir mais hors période de vacances. Merci

Appartamento molto carino. Molto accessoriato in cucina. Letti e cuscini abbastanza comodi. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che i letti non fossero statifatti e quindi le lenzuola erano sui letti. Inoltre c’era solo un rotolo di carta igienica in bagno,ma non era specificato da nessuna parte che loro non ne avrebbero fornita altra, quindi ad un certo punto stavamo utilizzando i fazzoletti al posto della carta igienica che era finita.

Virkelig dårligt

Der er ingen Air condition, så vi var ved at dø af hedeslag, vi kørte allerede om natten inden kl. 24, de ville ikke give så pengene tilbage så vi skulle betale for 4 nætter, har aldrig prøvet noget så dårligt.

C’est la cata

Le logement est tellement vieillot que l’impression de saleté ne quitte plus l’esprit sur toute la durée du séjour. Un lit pour 2 inconfortable et très étroit. Les banquettes lit du séjour sont totalement déformées. Le rideau abîmé, des traces et des chocs dans les murs , une salle de bain de poupée et pas de Clim ont retenues toute mon attention. Mais la piscine est grande qui est le seul point positif de ce P&V à mes yeux.

Tres bon séjour à grimaud

Très bon séjour, logement parfait, on a loué un logement 6 personnes pour 2 pour être à l’aise. A cette période très calme et apaisant, ce que l’on recherchait. On reviendra sûrement.
