Good stay - be aware of the changing door code

We had a fine stay. The location is very good. Staff is kind, but does not speak English very good. A bit annoying that the front door is locked in the middle of the day, and you have to use a code. The code changes every saturday, so if your stay extends over Saturday, remember to ask for a new code, you're not given this automatically, but must ask yourself. So there is a risk for being looked out.

TrÚs bien situé, parking indispensable, à 5min à pied de la plage (sans vague), à 2min a pied du carrefour city. Accueil trÚs sympathique avec qq renseignements touristiques utiles. Appartement de taille confortable avec petite terrasse. Seul petit bémol, le canapé lit était confortable mais pas mal imbibé d'acariens, mon terrain asthmatique a moyennement apprécié mais sinon RAS.

Very convenient for arrival by bus from Biarritz airport. Very friendly and helpful staff at Reception and everything you need is provided for a self-catered stay. The studio apartment we booked for 4 people comprised a sofa bed and bunk beds but we hadn’t anticipated a sofa bed! It was ok, just not super comfy for sleeping on for 5 nights. Air conditioning was a real blessing! Overall great value for money!

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour Ă  la RĂ©sidence Pierre & Vacances Eguzki. L’appartement Ă©tait propre, bien Ă©quipĂ© et idĂ©alement situĂ©, mais ce qui a vraiment fait la diffĂ©rence, c’est l’accueil chaleureux que nous avons reçu. Un immense merci aux deux dames de l’accueil qui ont Ă©tĂ© absolument formidables tout au long de notre sĂ©jour. Toujours souriantes, disponibles et Ă  l’écoute, elles ont su rĂ©pondre Ă  toutes nos questions avec efficacitĂ© et bienveillance. La communication a Ă©tĂ© parfaite, que ce soit pour des conseils sur la rĂ©gion ou pour faciliter notre installation. C’est rare de trouver un service aussi attentionnĂ© ! Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© 2jours du 18 au 20 fĂ©vrier mais avons eu un problĂšme en nous garant avec notre van. Nous n’avons pas vu les balcons qui soit dit en passant sont bas et la lunette arriĂšre a touchĂ© l’un des balcons et s’est cassĂ©. Nous n’avons pu faire rĂ©parĂ© sur place donc nous sommes repartis chez nous en VendĂ©e le soir meme. Nous avons donc demandĂ© un report de date de façon Ă  revenir Ă  un autre moment et attendons une rĂ©ponse. .

TrÚs bien placé on a tout fait à pied ! Appartement spacieux bien équipé Personnel au top trÚs sympa. Seul bémol on s'est gelé le systÚme de chauffage n'est pas suffisant !!! A refaire quand il fera moins froid !!

L'hébergement est vieillissant. Les joints de la salle de bain sont à changer. Il y avait de la poussiÚre à certains endroits. La buanderie est trÚs chÚre : 6 euros pour le lavage et 3 euros pour le séchage. Les machines sont minuscules et peu nombreuses (2 pour le lavage et 1 pour le séchage). Les lieux sont mal insonorisés. Le service à la clientÚle est trÚs moyen. Les personnes sont sur la défensive et il est difficile d'avoir un bon service. Nous avons recu la visite de techniciens pour la climitisation sans préavis. Nous ne reviendrons pas. Un point fort : la proximité avec la plage et les rues piétonnes. La ville est charmante.
