Horrible experience

Worst experience ever. There were guests arguing with the reception. From the conversation they wanted refunds due to the condition of the rooms. There was another lady who had been waiting for 3 hours because they could not find her booking. When I went up to the counter after waiting 25 minutes I was also told they couldn’t find my booking and asked me to have a seat. I left and called Hotels.com that could not help. So I booked a different hotel and was not refunded.

Dirty room, terrible condition of the bathroom and the hotel staff were the least to say unorganized and not helpful. I requested several times to change the room and they postponed my move 3 times with the explanation that the room that I was supposed to move was occupied by a new guest!

The Hotel location is good and Hotel is kept neat.

My stay was a short period of 8 days full with joy and pleasant site seeing at the Emirates Grand Hotel Apartments and when outside the building. The personnel at the Hotel were helpful in information about the Hotel and Dubai city. My stay was memorable one.

It was fantastic stay at Emirates Grand Hotel Apartment. Aside from affordable, the services are great. If were given a chance to go back to dubai, i’ll still stay at EGHA.
