Just got back from my vacation and this property far exceeded my expectation's. The property is so close to Hollywood and is a central point to a lot of locations. It's in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need to come back to after a long day out.

Great property. I would stay here again when I come back to L.A. Good location, lots of stuff is walkable but also easy to get to lots of good attractions. The unit itself is quiet, the windows keep out the noise of the street. Large unit, very comfortable.

This is the place to stay in Hollywood

This place was amazing views were stunning very quiet inside and out felt extremely safe. Had everything inside that we needed Sam the host was wonderful, very communicative and easy and quick to speak to. I would stay there again. I would recommend this place 1000 times over stay enjoy relax it’s great.

This property was comfortable and very clean. But it lacked basic necessities. There was toilet paper, but no Kleenex. There wad shampoo, but no conditioner. It felt very bare bones. But the location and parking were good.

this is 2-bedroom apartment on 3rd floor, close to Hollywood, safe off-street parking. Rooms are clean, virtual checkin/checkout process are smooth, recommend for small families that need 2 bedrooms and separate bathrooms.

The parking spaces can only park regular size vehicle, although we were told that we can park the other vehicle in the handicap space, but there's another vehicle parked there when needed. The towels felt damp and smells, good thing is we have a dryer in the room.

The property is in a great location , near everything cool . The place is great , better than any hotel you can stay at . The host is super cool , very quick responses . I ended up extending my trip by 2 days and they helped me and let me stay . I really recommend this place, if I come back to Cali this place will be my home . Thank you to the host for everything !

Check-in instruction is very clear and detailed. Parking is free, it's a semi detached rental. Everything is clean and neat. The area is quiet and safe. Only concern is the intersection showing in this property posting is different than the exact location where I stayed at. The exact location is 12mins away from (driving) what they posted. Otherwise, my family and myself have no concern for this stay and we had a happy stay!

This property offers secure parking, great location and a comfortable place for a family to stay. We found it to be in a wonderful area and very walkable to grocery stores, some restaurants and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It is a spacious, updated and clean apartment with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and two lovely bathrooms. I loved the roof terrace, which offers seating and a view of the Hollywood sign. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and check in was very easy. Thanks again Sam!
