The staff were wonderful and made our trip. The resort is huge and we felt like we were at an all inclusive somewhere tropical. There’s a free shuttle that you can book with an app on your phone that will take you all around. Lots to do, good restaurants and a gorgeous lobby area to hang out in on a cooler day. Pools, grounds and courses were gorgeous. About 20 minutes from Disney attractions, traffic was never too bad.

The rooms are very outdated. 0 room service, no store on site, pool could have been warmer, restaurants very pricey and the out door restaurant at the pool was just okay at best. I can say the working staff were awesome so friendly. I go to Florida a lot and I highly recommend The Grove Resort! You have to pay extra for tennis/mini golf WTH

Great villas in close proximity to water park which is great for the kids, when we went it was a bit cooler and the water park and splash pad pools aren't heated so we weren't able to use those as much as we would've liked. A lot of other pool options available that were heated which helped! Drinks at the waterpark were quite $$$$$ but great resort for families, nice quiet rooms, also had parks for kids to play at. Close to disney attractions and easy to navigate.

We've stayed at this property 3 times. This was our first visit since the pandemic. We absolutely loved it the first 2 times we stayed. And this visit was good, but not great like the last 2 visits. We were greeted at check-in with a nice bottle of wine. But the room was showing its age with little things in the room being problematic. The electrical outlets in the room didn't work well and pushed the electrical plugs out. There were loud sounds coming from the plumbing that were loud enough to wake you up in the night from a light sleep. The water pressure was also very low (water was shut off 1 day) and the refrigerator needed maintenance and was extremely loud as well. Also, the resort fee is significant, but the amenities were very limited. We wanted to play mini-golf and were led to believe at check-in that they were included in the resort fee, but when we went to play mini-golf we were informed that it is $14 / person (even for guests with wristbands). The pool on the 11th floor, that was previously open to hotel guests is now only open to club members and the pool that is heated was very mirky and dirty. Also, guests are not provided with towels. We stayed over New Year's Eve and the hotel had a nice party. We did not attend and it was very loud, with fireworks being shot off like cannons at midnight. The housekeeping and door services were excellent. Overall, still an excellent property. Just showing its age and could use some maintenance.

The property overall is beautiful. The staff, for the most part are friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a three bedroom condo which was beautifully furnished. However the back patio looked over a busy highway which was very noisy both inside and outside the facility. I would avoid building Q the next time.

absolutely love the grounds and the water park and pools. my room was a bit dated and we had a few problems with our room , which is privately owned so I know its not the resorts fault. But the maintenance guys did come quick and do their best to fix the issues
