Showed up after a ten hour drive to find out that they overbooked and had no room’s left. I spent the night in my car with my son. Called manager the next day only to be laughed at THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Basics but that's all I needed.

The hotel had everything I needed - a clean room, hot water, a workout facility, and free parking. It is a bit aged with the floor in my room warping and the heater is an old wall mount that is very noisy, but kept the room warm. The guests are pretty active until about 10pm but its quite quiet after that until about 7am. Overall a good place to lay my head for a few hours.

PRO:Close to mall and public transportation. CON: Management and staff could use training/refresher in customer service and communication skills. They were extremely rude throughout our stay right up until checkout. The manager told us daily that they were fully booked but we were still able to reserve on expedia which seemed to irritate her and the super knocked on our door on our last day to tell us it was time to go (5 min after checkout time) and wouldnt allow us to shut the door while gathering up our bags to leave.

I only stayed a few hours. I was told the front desk would be there until 8 PM. I arrived at 7:15 and while I had check ininstructions I was surprised no one at the front desk. When I got to the room, the smell was terrible. Very musty and moldy smelling. I opened the window to try and air it out and I left my bags there went out for a bit came back at around 10 and the smell was so bad that I left by 1045 and did not stay there. I tried calling the hotel during regular check-in hours on the day after and no answer and no reply to my message.

Sewage issues

Beverly has been very helpful with respect to helping me reserving rooms,check in times and directions in the area. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past years. I use it during hunting season because it is close and convenient and affordable.

Old and smelly.

Bad smell in room from AC. And the AC was very noisy keeping us up at night. Horrible mattress; hard and old. Toilet seat like you’d find in a public restroom. Old furnishings. Thick nauseating smell of cinnamon spray probably to mask other odor. Kitchen area was nice and updated. Ample closet space.

Surprisingly large room with ton of closet space. Had a stove, fridge and microwave. Designed for long term stay but my one night stay was a very good price (less than half the price of others). Checked in after 8pm, the hotel sent me instructions to retrieve the room key via a lockbox in the lobby which was fine. Room was clean and decent. Wouldn't hestitate to stay again.
