Like others before us, we loved it. Great location. Everything you need is provided in this place. Bed is very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. Elevator is very reliable. The place is small but good. You couldn't do better.

This was a return visit for me to exceptional hosts, Sophie and François’ studio apartment. This time I was joined by my mother and she quickly understood why this studio apartment is by far my absolute favourite place to stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and so comfortable and welcoming with all the amenities you could need during your stay. Sophie thoughtfully provided fruit, bread, milk and butter which was greatly appreciated. The location in the 1st arondissement next to the Palais Royale is fabulous with its stunning architecture and gardens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris during the pre-Christmas festivities. Thank you Sophie and François for your warm hospitality.

My family (5 of us in total, kids aged 8,11,13)and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful 2 bedroom apartment for 11 wonderful days. The location is fabulous it's on a nice quiet road however within a 2 minute walk of some of the best patisseries we found in Paris. We enjoyed our breakfasts at Cafe Bonaparte and it was wonderful. The location lends itself nicely that you can walk everywhere or take a short Uber or G7 taxis for a reasonable price. Communication with the hosts are fantastic. They were able to answer any questions we had about the apartment as well as getting around the area. They also provided a nice welcome guide with restaurant recommendations and how to use the appliances within the apartment. The apartment is very nice, clean and well appointed! We were able to cook a couple of home cooked meals with the kitchen appliance and utensils supplied and enjoyed a couple early morning coffees using the coffee maker. The apartment also had a couple adapters for our Canadian plugs and chargers to plug into which was a huge bonus. I would recommend this place to anyone that is considering a Paris vacation!

This apartment was a gem of a find. The location could not be beat, the place was spotless and roomy, beautiful views of the Hotel de Ville. Jean-Michel was always available and very helpful and kind. The bonus for us, since we were staying for an extended period, was the use of the washing machine and drier inside the apartment - a very rare find in Paris. It gave us the opportunity to pack a little lighter. Kitchen was well stocked and have everything you needed. Bathroom was modern and clean. Everything was amazing. Thank you for a great stay, and the extra added touch of the gift basket with wine and some snacks was just the icing on the cake.

It was advertised as small and it surely was. The toilet room was silly small. Everything else was exactly as advertised and well thought out to be all things a renter needs.
