Like others before us, we loved it. Great location. Everything you need is provided in this place. Bed is very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. Elevator is very reliable. The place is small but good. You couldn't do better.

This was a return visit for me to exceptional hosts, Sophie and François’ studio apartment. This time I was joined by my mother and she quickly understood why this studio apartment is by far my absolute favourite place to stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and so comfortable and welcoming with all the amenities you could need during your stay. Sophie thoughtfully provided fruit, bread, milk and butter which was greatly appreciated. The location in the 1st arondissement next to the Palais Royale is fabulous with its stunning architecture and gardens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris during the pre-Christmas festivities. Thank you Sophie and François for your warm hospitality.

For me, as a solo traveler, it was perfect. I started my day with a tea and a view over the Paris rooftops; then went to the bakery downstairs for an incredible pastry. My days were spent walking the city. The room had a shower; the toilet was a short walk down the corridor - I never had any issues with access. Marie-Charlotte was a charming and helpful host and the room gave me a more authentic Paris experience than a hotel.

This apartment was a gem of a find. The location could not be beat, the place was spotless and roomy, beautiful views of the Hotel de Ville. Jean-Michel was always available and very helpful and kind. The bonus for us, since we were staying for an extended period, was the use of the washing machine and drier inside the apartment - a very rare find in Paris. It gave us the opportunity to pack a little lighter. Kitchen was well stocked and have everything you needed. Bathroom was modern and clean. Everything was amazing. Thank you for a great stay, and the extra added touch of the gift basket with wine and some snacks was just the icing on the cake.

It was advertised as small and it surely was. The toilet room was silly small. Everything else was exactly as advertised and well thought out to be all things a renter needs.

This centrally located apartment on the third floor of a historical mansion is a real gem! Apart from the absolutely awesome view of the Eiffel Tower, we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful architecture of the building and its modernisation. Everything you need is in the apartment including personalized touches such as individual bags of soap, shampoo , conditioner and slippers. There is no elevator in the building, but this was not an issue for us even if we're older. L'édifice est très calme et bien situé pour visiter tous les sites importants soit à pieds ou par metro/train. Le quartier est très sympa où tout est à la portée de la main. Nous y retournerions avec grande joie dans le futur!
